Bald Hill Lookout reviews
45We are so so lucky visiting there on a sunny day.the blue is fantastic! Its our second time visiting, we will come back again.
As I reached the lookout, I was greeted by a spectacular vista that spanned across lush landscapes and rolling hills. The sight of the horizon meeting the sky in a beautiful blend of colors was a moment of pure awe. It’s a perfect spot for photographers and nature lovers alike, offering endless opportunities to capture the beauty of the natural world.
Amazing views. Never get tired of it. We always stop here when travelling south. During winter evenings the sky is just magical.
Great vantage point for a view of the south coast including the picturesque sea cliff bridge. Can be very windy and cold, so warm clothes / jackets are recommended, especially in cooler seasons!
Still one the most breathtaking views in NSW. If possible, best to come over the weekdays as there is less of a crowd and have more time for awesome photos.

Such a serene view from the Bald Hill lookout, just breathtaking. Would love to go there again and again!
An excellent view of the pacific ocean with an ice cream truck located nearby and hot chips.it is a perfect place to take photos with friends and families, make memories, relax and sightsee!
Sick views from here. The ocean is right there in front of you. Paragliding is one of the many activities around here.
It's our go to getaway for weekends and very tranquil. Love the south indian snacks at the Indian temple right when you drive down from the hills.
Definitely a fantastic view from this place. It’s always kind of windy there which makes it more cool.
Also you can see hang gliders jumping from the cliff which is Pretty awesome.
It has also got a coffee shop and ice cream truck for snacks and then you can also visit sea cliff bridge which is nearby
Perfect spot to have warm cup of tea with family/ friends while overlooking at the magnificent ocean view. Beautiful beach just 5 minutes drive away
Great place, great view, got 2 cafes, lot of visitors with variety of cars and bikes, more like a motor show when I was there, but not sure if that happens usually.
It would have been 5 star if it has got more stuff to do to make my stay a little longer.
Cold mornings, but beautiful. Snap a couple of pics or just sit and enjoy the sunrise serenity before it becomes a Lycra vs Leather showdown
Lovely lookout to the Tasman Sea with views of Coalcliff Beach and Sea Cliff Bridge.
Paragliding is very popular here and many people take off from a grassy area nearby.
Lovely place to sit and see at the sea for hours!
(Also there are good food outlets and toilets)
View along coast, as well as coffee stop, and site for hang and para gliders. Good spot after Royal National Park scenic drive and link to any of 5 lookouts on Illawarra Escarpment.
Went here with my friends on Wednesday. Great place for picnic, fantastic view of the ocean and hills. Wonderful place during sunset, calm and quiet. Loved it <3
Make way for the paragliders when they are about to land!
For those driving Sydney-bound,
it pays well to go through the Royal National Park way instead of the Princes Highway if you're not in a rush!
Its such a nice scenic point. Have been there 4 times. Enjoyed night and day view both. Good atmosphere.
My family and I loved Bald Hill Lookout and the extreme cliff without the fence I think is totally awesome.
We had our young children there that we had to keep away from the edge (which was our problem) and putting that aside; it's a wonderful place.
Being Easter as I write this review; the place was packed with everyone taking selfies and more.
Great spot, love to go back there without the kids LOL (as much as I love them!).
