Amazingly Delicious. I ordered the ‘Happiness in a Box’ for a work function and there were definitely lots of happy places in the office. Highly recommend.

The "Most Wanted Box" that we ordered from Baked & Co was fabulous. Everything was beautifully presented, fresh and delicious. The servings were generous. The box was delivered on time with no fuss and we would definitely order from Baked & Co again.

Wow, I was so excited when I found this website, but can I say even more blown away. Presentation incredible and I had to try immediately as the smell and look of the donuts, pastries and tarts were way to tempting. In a word sensational, hands down fantastic. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend.

The customer service from this company is nothing short of appalling. They use deceptive marketing via social media, and ignore customers who complain.

I saw an ad on Instagram which showed three donuts, each with jam and custard oozing out of them. That pic was enough to get me to purchase the same donuts. They looked awesome. But when I got them, I was sorely disappointed. There was no jam oozing out of the donut, in fact, there was hardly any jam in them at all. It’s almost as if the person that made them just showed an empty jar jam to the donut and left it at that. I was very dissatisfied with the supplied product.

It’s just a donut. Yeah, sure. But when you pay a premium price, you expect a premium product. So I bought up this issue with them and I was promised to be sent out some replacement donuts. It’s been well over a year, and the replacement donuts have not yet arrived. I suspect they’re waiting on a shipment of jam to make sure that the replacement donuts are up to scratch.

In the last year, I’ve seen many ads on social media, using the exact same photo which sucked me in. I would often leave scathing reviews, calling them out for being dodgy donut dealers with no morals, yet all of my posts get deleted. I’ve been blocked by them on both Facebook and Instagram. Not that I care about being blocked, but I care that they’re still in business and more than likely still ripping people off with products that don’t meet the customer’s expectations, and then totally ignoring them, or even worse, as in my case, promising to rectify the situation, and then just ignoring them afterwards.

So, in Australian Consumer Law, there is a provision which states that a product must match the description provided. Given that photos form part of the description, and the supplied product was nothing like the donut in the picture, Baked & Co.would most certainly be in breach of the law.

All od the products I have tried are great, they added my postcode to the delivery areas when I enquired and it was a early delivery so I enjoyed the Croissants with my morning coffe.

I love that you can schedule deliveries for Sunday breakfast! We had the perfect croissants, strudel and the space jam doughnuts were TO DIE!

DELICIOUS! We always order the donuts which are so tasty and a family favourite with lots of flavours available and a great size.
The staff are easy to talk with any questions and the goodies always come nicely boxed.

We received a box of baked and co goodies as a thankyou gift, it arrived early in the morn and i dont normally eat sweets for breaky but seriously couldn't help myself.the box was a volcanic eruption for the eyes and a treat to the belly and heart felt love from the gifter.thanks baked and co

Hands down the best! The breads, croissants, donuts, and the brownies. OMG! Delicious! Everything is freshly baked and made to perfection. Oh and the customer services is exceptional. An order from Baked & Co is now a weekly ritual. Thank you so much Baked & Co for giving us the delicious treats.

Woke up to this box of goodies delivered at my door step. They are so fresh! Couldn’t stop myself and dived straight to the cookie and caramel donut.

Really wanted to like this place, but the people there weren't particularly friendly, and the ham & cheese toastie can't be recommended. It was the driest, hardest ham & cheese toastie in the world. As you can see, the only ingredients are hard dry bread, cheese slice and ham slice. You can do so much better at home. The coffee wasn't as bad as the toastie though, so there's that.

Best almond croissants in Sydney! And the coffee is killer. Lovely outdoor space. Highly recommend

QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE, COFFEE AND FOOD

Definitely recommend this place to anyone that enjoys quality coffee and quality food, very little wait time no matter how busy they are, also, the staff is amazing they're super friendly and always have great vibes to.

Super sun-filled and airy space with such a pleasant, happy vibe and plenty of seating.
You can see the pastry chefs working away in the back section! ‍‍
Great selection of cold drinks including fresh juices, yummy coffee, delicious pastries and sweets like fresh danishes, donuts, croissants (and almond croissants), scrolls.the list goes on.
Also have an equally delicious selection of savoury food including a variety of bagels (?) stacked up with tasty goodness. Everything looks super clean and super fresh.
And to top it all off, the folks working there are mega friendly and fun!
Definitely Recommend checking this new place out as soon as you get a chance.
