Hot rental market hard to get a property with so many applying. From the day we applied we heard back from Ben within 48hrs to organise inspection. Was successful and whole process from applying to signing lease done in 8 days. Other real estates could learn on how to treat prospective tenants.

I had a bad experience with Ben. This guy have attitude issues.if you asked question about property and then ask him to send email he told me I am asking to much! How you supposed to buy house without extra information. I put offer on property Ben never bother the contact

I enquired about a rental property, heard nothing of any open house and now find that its under application

Gazumping. My daughter put an offer on a property that was accepted then she paid a deposit and paid for building and pest inspection. She had her finance approved in a week and then her conveyancer calls her to say they have sold it from under her. Didn't even have the decency to call her. Very unprofessional look to buy elsewhere not from this lot.

I would like to take the time to write a review on the professional services provided me by Baird Real Estate Cessnock, I researched the local agencies on arrival from Sydney to purchase land to build a new house I was introduced to Drew Olsen who very professionally assisted me to secure land, as I needed to rent in the interim I was assisted by Malissa Janes who also provided me great service. My experience as a buyer and renting from Baird was a pleasure all staff from reception to the principle Heath Baird provided me a service I would describe as in pursuit of excellence, highly recommend their services.

Got approved for a property through Ben, who was awesome. Then got stuck with Melissa Janes, who was rude, unresponsive, and overall a nightmare to deal with. Thoroughly recommend agency, but avoid Melissa at all costs.

They are more interested in what you do with your spare money after you pay your rent. You need to earn way to much money to rent from them. Even after proving rent can be paid due to rental history and good income.
