I have a three month follow up and will not miss it

Shalini did a great job with our anxious and upset toddler, who was fitted in at the last minute at the end of the day. Our entire family sees Shalini and she always conducts the most comprehensive eye assessments.

I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Bailey Nelson Charlestown to anyone. The staff were so helpful and helped me pick out an amazing pair of glasses in like 10min! It took so much stress out of the ‘trying on’ process and the staff accommodated me and my 6month old although she cried throughout the whole process. Everyone was so professional and I will continue to come to Bailey Nelson for all my optical needs.

The staff expertise at the Charlestown branch are exemplary. They were efficient, friendly and extremely competent. My experience was extremely positive and this is now my preferred choice for optometrist and eyewear services.

The staff were absolutely amazing. They took the time to explain absolutely everything and are so kind are welcoming.

The optometrist that saw me Shalene (not sure if I’m spelling it right) was extremely patient, kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. The ladies at the front that helped me with the glasses were also lovely. Will be coming back and will be choosing them to follow up with my very serious eye issue that requires ongoing check up. Amazing job. Congrats amazing women!

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful, they went beyond what is usually expected in customer service. Optometrist was knowledgeable and explained everything as she was doing it which made for a comfortable and informative experience.

I went to Nelson Bailey Optometrist at Charlestown Square for the first time last week for an eye examination & test & I found the experience to be a positive one. The staff were friendly & the optometrist was without a doubt the best I've had since I have had to wear glasses (about 20 years).
Hazel is the Optometrist's name & she was very professional but friendly at the same time. She talked to me, not at me when she explained what was happening with my eyes & why my eyesight was deteriorating which I found easy to understand. I would recommend Hazel without hesitation.

I ordered a pair of reading glasses and sunglasses. When they arrived, the sunglass lens was in the reading frame and the reading lens in the sunglass frame. It had been a stuff up at the lab, not in the store. The girls that served me were super apologetic and sorted it straight away. When I came to pick them up again, now fixed, the girls were lovely to deal with and were once again super apologetic, despite it not being their mistake. Very happy with the service and the quality. Great range and value.:)
