Really friendly optometrist and staff. Very easy process to get eye test. The only problem was that, on looking at the available glasses, I couldn’t find anything I liked. I thought the range of coloured frames – which was what I was after – was really cheap, looking. Also, there was only one pair that had round frames, which again was something I would’ve liked. That said, I probably should’ve had a better look at the glasses before I went in there. At least I got an eye test which was good but the range of glasses was disappointing. Couldn’t fault the staff or the service though.

Was there 8.5am as requested but shop didn’t open until 9am
Sadly the receptionist didn’t follow through with sending me my prescription as requested

Was in Byron recently and strolling around looking for coloured frames without any bling. I found the best range (Dustin) in Bailey Nelson! The staff were so lovely and helpful and not pressuring. I was very lucky to score an appointment with their awesome Optometrist, Dr Michael. I might make this my yearly check up place as it was just such a nice experience with no pressure and no bs.

Totally incompetent it’s just about selling glasses those peoples are totally hopeless.
They can’t even adjust frame.
Quality of the glasses equal to the service offered.
Lesson learned next time I will spend more and you go somewhere else

Noticed 'floaties' in my vision. Michael saw me almost immediately, tested my eyes thoroughly, put my mind at ease and emailed a referral to an eye specialist. He and his staff were absolutely lovely.

Michael is an excellent optometrist (I should know, I worked as an optometrist myself for 15 years many years ago). Highly professional and skilled.
