Not happy, I have been in correspondence with Bailey Nelson Manly since the end of last year

Not only have they failed to give me a correct prescription, but the assistants were not sure what to do to fix the problem

Whilst friendly, they certainly have not demonstrated expertise and trustworthiness.

I wandered into this optometrist for the fist time this afternoon and it was a great experience!:) The lady who helped me was absolutely lovely and made me feel really relaxed and at ease looking at and trying on a zillion pairs of glasses! Nothing was a hassle and anything I asked was provided with professionalism and a big smile. A fantastic range of glasses, amazing service and really reasonable prices. I will definitely be back!
