Fast, friendly, and fabulous - had to get an urgent eye test to submit to service NSW. I didn’t have to wait long, and they processed all documentation right there and then.

Retail staff was friendly and knowledgeable (how do they remember all the frame models and colours?), and the optometrist was very helpful in providing honest advice and transparency on the process without pushing products.

Optometrist Joanna is very knowledgeable and caring. She is always across your eye check history and provides continuous/consistent directions.

The optometrist is amazing, had a great experience. Unfortunately, The staff on 23rd June were not interested in helping me purchase new glasses, nor making my experience in the store welcoming or inviting to purchase.

Had such a positive experience with the team at the Westfield Bailey Nelson. The optometrist I worked with was super patient as my baby demanded my attention at the same time as my eye check. Then the gentleman helping me choose frames- we had good banter and a laugh! There is a reason why I keep coming back to Bailey Nelson. Thanks again for a great experience and beautiful frames.

On 16 Oct 2022, I booked the eye test in store and ordered a pair of glasses and contact lens. Then on 30 Oct 2022, when I collected and tried the new glasses in store, I felt dizzy and couldn't see things clearly through the glasses. It turned out the prescription wasn't correct, and another optometrist corrected the prescription and had to reorder the glasses and contact lens. The optometrist informed me that when the glasses and contact lens are in store, I will receive the message. I have been waiting for two weeks, but nothing happened. I called to the store a few times today during the opening hour, but no one answered the phone call. Finally after a few attempts, someone picked up the phone call, but turned out the glasses and the contact lens didn't reorder at all and I was told that I have to come to the store again to reorder it in person. A very disappointed and unprofessional experience.

Staffs are very friendly and love the colours that I choose and will purchase from Bailey Nelson again

The staff at this Bailey Nelson are so, so helpful. My glasses broke recently and the two assistants that I spoke with over the phone were quick to act by checking my details and allowing me to make an emergency visit to the store (during lockdown). I will always come back to this branch to buy my glasses. Surprisingly, I haven’t received the same level of service from the Paddington branch, where I found that the staff were a bit reluctant to help in the two occasions I have visited.

I came in today to get an eye test and a pair of multi focals, the service and the professionalism is just brilliant. I've been using Bailey Nelson for 3 years and will continue to do so.

I was looked after very well by several competent staff people. Will return to Bailey Nelson when I need another pair of glasses.
