Very happy with my consultation with Mary and molly was very attentive helping me with selecting new glasses

All credit to two lovely girls at the front desk. They both helpful, detailed and make you feel welcomed. However I will just BYO my description next time cos the lady optometrist must be really tired. During testing my eyes she yawning few times. Maybe she needs some rest for this job.

The eye test was thorough, and the lady at the front was very helpful with choosing a glasses style for me. She was very patient with how indecisive I was!

I came in on a Thursday, and my pair was ready the following Wednesday. Great turnaround.

Great experience on all levels, appearances, approach, communication, and the list goes on. Staff did everything they could do to making me feel comfortable in getting my first ever pair of glasses. Asking all the questions and doing all the test to get me the right pair

Staff were very friendly, and I felt as if I belonged there. They made me feel all sorts of ways that even my partner has never had. The glasses received were superb; the lenses are easy to clean and even rarely need to be. The frames are practical as well as fashionable. All the equipment to assess my eyes were sanitised and cleaned. This was a very pleasant visit. I would recommend to all of my family, friends, extended relatives, associates and in-laws. FIVE STARS!

Parramatta Westfield level 2 such a nice place with great customer service, professionalism, skilful, talented and not over charge like I visited different place. Very helpful and easy made appointment. If you are looking for the right place this is the place to be see your eyes checkEd correctly. The other place I visited scared me to dead telling me my eyes was almost like blind and charged me for reading glasses in over priced. Thank you Parramatta Bailey Nelson. May God bless the store

Great customers service. From optomitrist to counter even on the last hour of the shopping year when it it super busy. Great explanation and definitive be back for more Only issue I had was I had to wait four weeks for sunniest because the system had my wrong email and mobile contact. Once fixed I am sure it will be smoother, hopefully.

Fantastic in every way

Last year bought 2 pairs of glasses, great service therefore had a recent eye check up elsewhere but went back to them and showed Ashley my prescription which I know there was not much at all difference from last year with her honest opinion and number of questions she asked me it was finally agreed there was no need to change my lenses but have regular check ups, although no business with them today but honesty is the best policy, hopefully with this review they will get more business because they’ll always mine, really comfortable eyewear, great colours and designs with exceptional service, keep up the great work guys

I decided to try BN Parramatta a few years back because i was so sick of rude and pushy sales staff at other optometrists. I've never gone anywhere else since! The staff here at BN are fantastic, in particular Kevin! He is so good at what he does, always polite, informative, up for a chat and willing to answer my hundred questions lol.
