Fantastic experience. Holly was amazing. She knew exactly the right colour and shape glasses to suit my face. She was honest and super helpful. Not only did she provide excellent service to me but she helped my daughter to try on glasses just for fun and even gave her a pair of glasses from the donation bin! What a legend! The optometrist was also fantastic. Will definitely be going here for all my eye tests/glasses from now on.

Just called the Miranda store to arrange an appointment for an eye test. I received a message advising me that no one can answer the phone or its outside of the normal business hours. At 3: 30 pm? I left a message of "I guess you don't want customers then!? "

Came in to get my eyes tested as recommended by my partner. The staff here were so friendly, easy to talk to and happy. They were also very thorough with the test and were very transparent with me understanding about my eyes. Love the customer service here and would definitely recommend.
