Why would you ever consider going anywhere else? You just don't find service like you do at Bagga's anymore. Fantastic service, an extensive range of all products from medicine to gifts and knowledgeable staff are seamlessly underpinned by strong values and community mindedness. They will go the extra mile.always.and you know they wouldn't have it any other way. I cannot recommend Bagga's enough.

Received my first dose of the Astrazeneca vaccine here with their walk-in clinic. They were above incredible in their efficiency, care, and communication.

Lined up before the shop opened for a walk-in vaccination today, every staff member walking in asked us how were doing and ensured it wouldn't be long till they opened up, all round super friendly.

The process of getting the shot was super quick and easy and the staff provide all the information relating the Astrazeneca.

Definitely recommend and likely be my go to pharmacy form here on.

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to after having such a wonderful experience with a male who works at Baggas.

He was so helpful! I am on medication that I have to leave at the pharmacy but I also do interstate pet-sitting. Its been a pain but I have had to travel back and forth from whatever pet-sit I have been at to collect my script in Newcastle. Wherever i've had scripts dispensed in the past have known this.
Anyway, I randomly had my new script filled at Baggas and the man who helped me was more than happy to work with me to make my life easier! He said they had no issue sending me my medication, he told me about the messaging system I could use so I don't even need to mess around with calling anyone. He had all the time in the world for me to ensure I was properly satisfied with the level of help I was getting and I could tell his care was genuine. I cannot thank him enough.

Baggas are amazing. They have a nice spa with lovely treatments, a very generous loyalty program, and the pharmacists are amazing, practical, personable and genuinely want to help. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else from now on. Thanks. You're the best.

My wife and I walked in and received our flu shots at Bagga's yesterday. The process was well explained, prompt and absolutely pain free, performed by an obviously dedicated pharmacist, without any sore arms after. Excellent service.
