She is by far the most attentive, warm and dynamic property manager I've ever dealt with and has made the whole moving process such a breeze. Having recently moved my investment property over to Bradfield Badgerfox, I've been continually blown away by the attentiveness, level of service and advice provided by Robyn, Peter and the entire team. Couldn't have made a better decision!

Was a tenant to an apartment with this agency and would avoid if possible. Apartment was handed over in dirty conditions, my initial list of issues were only addressed after I mentioned I was considering speaking to a government body, and overall didn't have a pleasant experience with my agent until I was in the final weeks of my lease.

On a positive note, they return your bond quickly and are easy to deal with if you don't have any issues.

11/11/22 update: In response to below comment from the agency, my concerns were indeed addressed after some time. What I am disappointed about is that it took me mentioning wanting to speak to a government body TWICE before actually having issues addressed. This should not have been the case. Nor was I actually given the name of the government body to speak to when I directly asked who this would be, as my agent simply said that she is the one I should speak to (who until that point wasn't addressing my concerns).

Perhaps this rating should be two stars, but my personal opinion is that it is one as I would never recommend someone to utilise them if you are looking for a lease.

William called me after my place had been on the market for 2 months with Chris from McGrath Coogee. I was at my wit's end thinking nobody wanted to buy apartment and really had lost all hope. The property manager is reluctant to listen to issues with the apartment and denies reasonable requests or that your issue exists. They make it very clear that they are not there to assist the tenant but instead get by with the minimum.

If you read their responses to the people who write negative reviews on here it will let you know exactly what you're in for.

I am just writing to add to my thanks with regard to your assistance in the recent purchase by me of a property in Edgecliff Road Woollahra.

The aim in making this purchase was to identify a property as quickly as possible, in circumstances where the drop in interest rates heralded an obvious run on residential housing.

Having given you a profile of the sort of house I was looking for, I was impressed at the speed with which some diligent sleuthing by you produced a number of inspections in short order – each one of the houses in question being sufficiently consistent with my instructions that not one inspection was a waste of time. I would add that, at the time, a number – if not nearly all – of these houses were being handled by other agents (as you were in the initial stages of working in the area). Not only did you handle the interaction with these other agents in a highly professional manner – such that they seemed delighted to cooperate with you – but this was the case with the appropriate investment house that you identified, and successfully negotiated directly with the owner.

At all times your attitude and approach was highly professional and you displayed a knowledge of the area and an understanding of my requirements that “brought home a winner”.
