Had the pleasure of visiting the Artarmon store and for first time parents the service and information provided was what we were after. Highly recommended. Small tip - we forgot to bring a towel to level the seat, so certainly don't forget that!
Nice friendly staff member who explained everything without being in a rush. Clean shop easy parking. Definitely will be back.

Highly recommend BabySafe in Artarmon. Rob fit us in on short notice and actually reviewed how we had our baby seat initially installed as a rear facing seat and gave us advice on how to adjust as our baby grows to ensure maximum safety. He vacuumed the seat too. He then installed as a forward facing seat and explained why certain adjustments were made. We had our newborn seat installed by Ultra Tune but BabySafe service was on a whole new level. Will be back to get our parents car seats done for sure.
Hubby and i would highly recommend BabySafe Artarman! As first time parents, we needed help with installing a hand-me-down baby capsule. Rob, the owner, checked on the integrity of the capsule first, then gave us a walk through before installation to make sure we understand how to use and maintain the system thereafter. During the walk through he pointed out a crucial piece of padding for a new born is missing, he suggests that we find out from our friend if it’s still available. BabySafe has capsules for hire if we need it, but Rob never pushed us for that option. As we also have a brand new child car seat at home, we decided to come back and install that instead. Rob didn’t charge us for his time and work on the capsule, and still provided full service on the installation of the child seat when we returned. He was so helpful and informative throughout, and even offered for us to return after our baby is born to check that the fitting is all good. Can’t recommend BabySafe Artarmon enough to all parents out there!
