Personalised and efficient service! Can’t recommend highly enough. I’ll definitely recommend to my family and friends and be a returning customer myself! I’ve used other larger companies to install my child safety seats before and though the car seats were safely fitted, this was the first time I had a patient and careful explanation about how to adjust the car seat to suit the child plus I was in and out in about 10 minutes! Booked in with short notice online, process was seamless and received confirmation message and reminder about the appointment on the day.

Everything was installed with ease and Liam was excellent. He introduced himself and took time to answer all my questions and find out how I wanted the seats set up.

Overall very happy with the service and will be back to fit another seat in our other car in a few months time.

I went last Thursday without an appointment, Liam advised that he would do it for me within a few minutes.
Liam’s professionalism and knowledge were evident, he took me through the features of the car seat and installed it within ten minutes.
I drove away feeling completely satisfied that the seat was installed safely and c gave me complete peace of mind.
I went back on Saturday morning as the buckle was accidentally unlocked the previous evening, Liam was so helpful in showing me how to correct this, also purchased a cover do that it couldn’t happen again.

Fantastic service from Liam today. We had doubts about how we had installed our second hand capsule but he refitted correctly and explained everything from how to adjust as the baby grows taller and what the issues were initially. Thanks!

We visited Baby Safe Northern Beaches to hire and install a baby capsule for our baby boy. Jono provided exceptional service. The capsule was installed quickly at a time convenient for us and we were given a thorough demo of how the capsule was installed and how to use it. This included a chance for us to practise putting the capsule in to the seat cradle etc with Jono there for pointers which was really valuable. Highly recommend hiring your capsule here!

The staff are so knowledgeable and efficient. Our baby came early and the team were able to bring our booking forward, including capsule hire which meant we didn't need to stress about getting babe home another way. Have used babysafe before and will use again.

Called early Saturday morning and was told to come through. Fantastic service, quick and efficient. Lots of tweaks made to the seat, so I am glad we didn’t move from rear to front facing on our own. Liam also checked my son in the seat, and so I feel like he is safe, comfortable and well supported.
