Andrew was amazing to deal with today. He was very professional and kind and very patient. He helped us buy a cosleeper a pram a car seat, a recliner, a rocker and manchester. He deserves a pay rise! He had amazing advice. Highly recommended staff member

Sub standard service, ridiculously convelouted processes, and inaccurate stock levels.don't waste your time or effort

I ordered a pigeon breast pump from here (this was my 2nd one, the previous had been in store at another vendor)
The one sent from babykingdom appeared to have already been used, possibly a return. When I brought this up, I was essentially told I was lying and that it can’t have been the one I ordered from their store. When I raised a complaint, surprise surprise I never heard back. So I’m now stuck with what I believe is a $200 second hand breast pump. Yay.

Sarah was incredibly helpful and patient. She was patient listening to all our questions, took her time in answering everything, and left us feeling heard and confident in our purchase of our first pram.

Sarah was very helpful and sweet, we were able to buy the rest of our baby items with a few being price matched. Thank you for spending the time to show and compare all the different products and not pushing us to make the sale and encouraging us to research brands we didnt look into ahead.

Today, my husband and I did our first baby shop stop. We were lucky enough to meet Haifer. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable with the different brands and features of the prams and car seats we were looking at, but she was kind, honest and patient. Haifer did a wonderful job at informing us about all things baby and we highly recommend Baby Kingdom and Haifer. Thank you for your service today. We have left feeling more informed and more set on what products will work best for us and our family.

Disappointed in the customer service here. The girl didn’t know anything about the product. Also explained to us what her role was a team member in a rude manner and she had really bad odour/ BO. It was disgusting service as she was not very understanding and the absurd rude behaviour was as if we were asking questions that she had gotten offended by which was just questions about the product. She could have got someone else to serve us if she had no idea about the product. We were going ask for another person to serve us but we were too disappointed in this interaction already so we left. Thus explaining to customers what her role was is not professional at all because as customers already we know.

My experience with Baby Kingdom today was by far the best I’ve had in any baby shop, thanks to staff member Haifa. She went above and beyond, and would you believe it even taught my husband something while there! Thank you for the great customer service, we’ll be back.

Cheapest price in Sydney, super fast shipping at reasonable cost. The cradle mattress size I needed to fit the handmade cradle that's been in my family 25 years is a rare size and hence was hard to find and generally expensive. Baby Kingdom had the lowest price in the country and the item shipped the next morning. Very happy.

Wish they had another store on the SW Sydney. I like BK it has more of a variety of everything and my click and collect order was a breeze.
