The manager of the store is extremely rude, and talks in a condescending way. When asked a basic question about a car seat, she replied in such a rude way that even my 6 year old had to say that this woman is rude. Honestly, I almost felt harassed/embarrassed in front of my wife and daughter.

I would not go to this store just because of the manager there. The other staff members were polite.

Very poor customer service today from a team member when we were inquiring about the Britax Graphene demo model at around 5pm (i think). We just asked the lady if the demo model would be safe to use for our newborn baby (since people have been touching and handling it) and that person was extremely condescending and rude in her reply. Wish we had asked her name but we were in shock at the way she was speaking. My 6 year old daughter whispered to me, 'Mama, that lady seems very angry and rude'.
Imagine a 6 year old noticing and commenting on that.
I regret not making a formal complaint. Although we bought the demo car seat but we wont be returning to this store for any further purchases.

Very bad service, I visited yesterday with my toddler and obviously my toddler would be running and picking up some items and be active in the shop. But the older lady works there was really rude and cranky and told us very angrily to put items back on the shelf.
That really triggerred us and we left the store immediately. We were going to buy a stroller and some toddler feeding items there but didn't like to attitude and athmosphere the staffs were creating in the store.

Really bad customer service and will never go there again.
I suggest to not go there and get treated like us.
Very disappointed.

Very poor customer service. The person who “helped” us, was subtly condescending and seemed to judge us based on our appearance or possibly just always has a very judgy, apathetic attitude and didn’t talk to us about the products, couldn’t wait to leave us.

Checked the stock of the item we wanted and said bluntly it was “sold out everywhere”. We later saw there was stock at another store. Don’t know why she did that to us.

Didn’t smile or acknowledge our baby who was smiling at her. It’s baby bunting! Why do you have a job here if you don’t like babies! Or just our baby you don’t like? Very disturbing behaviour and my only regret is I didn’t get their name.

They told me that I can refund within 30 days but after one week when I went back they refused to refund it. Also there manager was very rude.

Last week we went to the Auburn store to sort out some queries regarding the pram and car sit that we purchased. The lady (who happened to be the manager of that Auburn store) was extremely rude and I was shocked to see how can a person speak to customers like that! We felt like we committed a crime by asking those questions! Anyway, all the other employees of that store were really helpful, humble and kind except for the manager whose attitude took me by surprise! I am very unlikely to go back to the Auburn store again. It's a humble request to the store owner that please educate your manager on how to deal with/ speak to customers first.

I agree with these other customers!
I was there few days ago and experienced the worst customer service from the Managers!
Was going to buy an item but didn't expect to walked out feeling upset. Need an attitude adjustment or go find a job where you don't have to talk to people!

Will never come back and head office should do something.

Never going back to this store! Bunch of unprofessionals work there especially the manager. Rude and no customer service skills at ll. She's got ZERO customer service skill!

Rude manager. Very difficult to have a conversation as she tries to talk over you. By looking at the reviews, it seems like many people have found communicating with this particular manager quite an unpleasant experience. I would highly recommend visiting other Baby Bunting stores. Not this one.

Do not buy a product from here.
Worst experience ever. Bad service. Even if not used item you will NOT get a refund. Buy something that you happy with it otherwise you will NOT get a refund even if you haven’t used it at all. They will make up ridiculous excuse to not give you a refund. The dishonesty was absolutely shocking. If you try and ask for a manager to speak to they will humiliate you in front of the entire store of customers as if you are a difficult customer.

RUDE MANAGER! Looking at all other reviews i think im not the only one who get these kind experience.
My advice to baby bunting Auburn location is find another store manage that can deal with the customer nicely! They always interrupt when the customer talk/ask and give a sarcastic tone. Yes maybe you didn’t raised voice but the customer cannn seee your body language and your sarcastic tone! I do understand that you have your procedure etc but doesn’t mean that you can treat the customers like shitt. Please tell your manager if you dont want to SERVED the customer then find another job, don’t become a customer service.

I love this place to go to buy some baby stuff since i was pregnant and i have good memories about the things that i prepared for my son, even he's grown up. I am sure people have a similar experience in this place.
When i visited to there for buying a car seat, I treated by the lady in a really good manner and kindness, so these stars for her and BB. Thank you.

I backed to BB to exchange the car seat to another one because the harnesses were not enough to long that my expectation to be used until he turns 8 whatever it says it's for 12m to 8yrs but it wasn't suit to him
as his physical condition.

Unfortunately i had a totally opposite experience that I had 2days ago. The lady was extremely rude from the beginning of the conversations and I was trying to be patient to avoid any argument. Only the good thing, she wasn't that rude all the time, i assumed she was aware her behaviou was getting too much so she tried being normal to the customer.

I can understand as the person who did same thing in the customer services indutry but I was very socked about her behaviour especially she was closing her eyes when i was tlking to her and she was listening, how rude she was.
I was hurt by her behaviour but I don't want to hurt her because I could tell she is unhappy with her job and probably her life? I beg her, please do not take your personal emotion to your work. That bad influence impact to people's feeling and day or week (wouldn't be longer).
If she really don't want to work for BB with any reasons, whatever she has long experience and plenty knowledge she has to leave from there for BB and herself.

It's not only a blame, also i do worry about the person who i met today.
Customer service is not easy, definitely I agree. But if you heard many bad feedbacks and you are unhappy to do this job in most of your time, I think it's time to do something else.

The staff at Baby Bunting is extremely rude and unprofessional. We spent $1,200 on Nuna Mixx Next Pram. The very first day we wanted to use it, we discovered that it was faulty.

I immediately called up the store and the staff at BB confirmed that it was faulty and that we should bring the pram to the store and they would replace it with a new one.
When I went to the store to replace it, the manager who is an extremely rude lady said that it cannot be replaced and we will have to use the pram as it is.
I demonstrated to her as to what the faulty was but she wasn’t interested and we know why - because it’s not her baby that is going to use the defective pram.

Notwithstanding our severe request, she did not agree to replace it and we are left with a defective $1,200 pram which our baby can’t even use.

I would highly recommend people not to go to this store to buy anything. Nuna is a big brand but they don’t back their products

Been here several times in the past year, always good experience with our visits, all our babies needs from nappies to cots and prams we picked most our stuff here, everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Price match any Australian store as some products could cost more here than other businesses

I will never ever back to this shop anymore.
Before i always go to the one in camperdown all the staff is really friendly not like the one in auburn.
Especially the old lady who working today (monday) she looked at me like i don’t have money. And when i asked her something she looked at the computer and answer me. Really rude how she answer and keep looking down at me.i bring my baby too is really hard for me to find everything by myself because my baby is cranky too. So I will never come back anymore.
I purchase $100 today. No choice because now my house is close to this store. But next time i will purchase online better. Such a really bad experience. Thank you old lady.

Visited baby bunting today to have a look at the smartrike I was hoping to have a staff member help me with the product show me the features how it folds ect but one staff member straight away said “ oh none of us know how to operate it just read the box” which I found so rude. She didn’t even bother to bring it down for me as I was holding my baby and couldn’t do it myself and didn’t even care to help. Would not go back if that’s how the customer service is there.
