My scenario was to update my EOI cause there was a mistake - work experience was claimed but my skill assessment was under my study basis only which I found out myself instead of them reviewing it and I advised them to update it immediately. The agent was like okay will update later today our office is quite busy. You are not only the one who we have to deal with. Service charge is just for one time application apply only. You have asked several times to update and threatening like " If you ask to update immediately, I will delay the process. "
I wonder what they think they charge 500$ for? Ofcourse the applicant has several things to update. For instance, PTE marks to NAATI etc.
Thanks to God I double checked my application again and again. Even if my first invitation would have granted, I would never have got my PR granted.

At last, unfortunately I had to withdraw my application. Enjoy my $500.
