We recently purchased some RICOHS MFP's and a SmartBoard from B2B Tech. I worked with Michael Zannetides through the whole process and his customer service was just fantastic. The hardware was tailored to our needs and from start to finish, he just makes it easy and stress free.

The printers was delivered on time. They were professionally installed by their technicians and the training was super helpful for our Aged Care staff.

The team from B2B Tech understand the technologies businesses need to just make our day to day duties just a little bit easier in a ever changing environment working with technology.

From start to finish I experienced exemplary customer service and top quality products. Working with the team at B2B was such a positive and enjoyable experience. I felt supported with the professional development, supported with the choice of IT suited to our environment. The ongoing support and communication has helped us implement and action all we have been mentored on how to utilise this IT. We purchased a Smart board for each of our centers, and we are so happy with the functionality and features that the boards provide. Corey who sold us the boards was extremely helpful and wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend their Smart boards to anyone who is looking for a way to connect children to technology and STEMS programs.

I have had leasing services from B2B technologies since the middle of 2020. The sales team worked out a tailored solution that meets our specific copier needs.
As a small business & registered NDIS provider, we needed a copier that saved us time and gave us some extra bells and whistles, like fast two-sided scanning, A3 & A4, capacity for speciality paper, stapling and making booklets. I don't pay for marketing like flyers, just bought good quality paper and did my own. That way I can make changes when I like and print just the quantity I need.

I was surprised how affordable it is to lease a commercial copier. Our toner and servicing are built in and works out cheaper than replacement cartridges for my home copier.
Technical support is quick and the guys in my area are super friendly & efficient. Nothing is too much trouble for them (thanks Cristian & Ali)
Over the past 18 months during Covid, B2B were responsive to our challenges and checked in with us to see how we were going.

I have no hesitation in encouraging small businesses to give B2B a call to see what they can do for you.

Michael and Peter were instrumental in assisting me purchase the HDI interactive whiteboard. With so many on the market and at different price points, I wanted to ensure we had the right one with ongoing support.

Since, the board has been a fantastic asset whereby we've conducted both internal and client meetings and able to managing workflow better for our business and explaining complex matters for clients and sending them our digital notes for reference.

We've yet to use its full capabilities, but between ourselves and B2B, I'm sure we'll be unlocking more possibilities to enhance the overall experience both internally and more importantly for our clients.

I never write bad reviews but I'm disgusted with this situation. Absolutely disgusted at the service that I have had as a loyal customer. I have requested for my payout figure more than 3 weeks ago repeatedly and they won't send me the invoice. They won't even let me speak to someone on the phone. They put me on hold and then it hangs up. I even asked who I could speak to and they wouldn't even give me a name.very unprofessional. What do you have to hide? If any managers can see this please contact me asap or I will take this further. It's a shame that after years of loyalty, being over charged by thousands, this is how you treat clients, I'd hate to see what happens to new clients. Please act on this request now.

An absolute abomination of a company. Rude, Bossy and poor customer service.

For years B2B have increased their printer rates to the highest limits possible, not to cover costs but to make as much money as possible.
When the printer was time to renew after a 5 year lease their proposal was the most expensive, then suddenly much cheaper than the rate they had increased their prints too in the final lease once being notified of their competitors rates.

Now after moving on to another company they have made the collection of the printer a painful and grueling process rather than simply collecting it.

STAY AWAY!

I don't usually write a review however after the recent experience I wanted to reach out to the owners of the company and provide some much needed feedback regarding your lead generation and sales call process. I have personally received 9 calls to my mobile within 2 days. One of those calls was a VM leaving details of the person calling me with a sales call. The rest didn't leave a message. That is 9 calls in 2 days. Some calls where within 2-3 minutes of each other - from the same telesales person.

It boarder-lined harassment and put me off dealing with this company even if I had interest. I hope you use this review, to improve your telesales process.

I had a great experience with Andrew from B2B technologies, Wollongong. As a new startup business, i appreciate Andrew's honesty on supplying me a printer that was affordable but sturdy. I am quite pleased to mention it prints lightning fast, scans perfect copies, faxes efficiently but most importantly, doesn't lag with its user friendly interface. My future clinics will need printers and i look forward to having Andrew bring me more great machines.

B2B Technologies advised me to buy a Ricoh IM C300F printer for the Internet E-Commerce Group. Best decision made so far this year, not only is this printer easier to use compared to our last but far more economical to run. It should pay for itself within 18 months. Not only does this multi function printer have all the features but it can be up-graded over the internet so that it is always up-to date. The B2B technician 'Tony' installed and showed me how to use this printer in less than 30 minutes. Well done B2B, another job completed by experts.

Now you agreed upon dispute.
I advised repeatedly before (Including Underwriter company) and same mistake your team is doing last 3 years, and no services provided. I am heading to Tribunal, no excuse this time.
All fund transferred from same account with same reference, so definitely you guys are very inefficient in reconciliation process.
There was no customer service, incompetent accounts team and incorrect reconciliation issue keep account on hold.
I would advise New business to try printer with other similar companies, because business has no time to fix your inefficiency.

Talk about nepotism, worst company. Most of their reviews are friends and family. If you want Ricoh devices go to Camnet or Ricoh direct!
