8Ben and his team built a new kitchen in my investment property to a high standard of workmanship, at a reasonable cost, and within a narrow timeframe due to the tenant still residing in the property. By all accounts they were polite and courteous to my tenant (and me) and were happy to fix up any small issues picked up by my property managers on final inspection. Will use them again.
Ben just completed our kitchen reno. From the start to finish he has been amazing to deal with, easy to discuss and is very forthcoming with ideas that will better the end result!
Would definitely be getting him back out to do more work for us!
It is a shame I have to put 2 stars. The start of the journey was great. Very good communication and generally pleasant to deal with. However, once payment was made it was clear that the job has not been completed adequately. Very dissapointing. Holes left in ceiling, rubbish uncollected for weeks, no fitting for washing machine waste. The job looks good at a glance but when you get into the finer detail there are key items missing everywhere. If Ben would fix these issues I would have had a great experience and rated considerably higher but instead I am left having to bring in other trades to finish the work.
A huge thankyou to B & R Joinery & Carpentry for the beautiful red western cedar fly screens that Ben made for me. Thankyou for your prompt and efficient service. I highly recommend Ben for anyone in need of a Carpenter and Joiner.
