Professional fun workouts that are challenging for all fitness levels! Small groups and personalised workouts depending on what results you are after! I couldn't be more happy with the changes I have seen in.my fitness since joining!

I never thought that a boxing class could be fun, but Belinda ensures that we have a great time while pushing us to our limits! She is a pro at making subtle modifications to routines to suit any individual needs (in my case a dodgy back).

Belinda is honestly one of the best Personal Trainers that i have used in such a long time.
She is very flexible and accommodates to those that need assistance in regression in particular exercises.
Since starting with Belinda, she has helped transform myself into being a better me.
Highly Recommend Belinda's Expertise to anyone.

Belinda is a fantastic trainer! Group fitness or 1 on 1. She is amazing on technique and works you to the best of your ability. We always have the best time and I always come away feeling great after a work out. She has helped me gain strength and fitness and cannot recommend B Active Fitness enough!

Fantastic flexible trainer that really understands her client's needs. So welcoming and nurturing. Each session is different from the last which makes training challenging and exciting. She adapts for different fitness levels or to cater for any injuries. I love my sessions with Belinda.
