I have been getting Detox treatments for and highly recommend Dr Anu. I was suffering from chronic digestive health issues. I tried so many things before ayurveda but nothing worked. I have had PCOS for a long time and had no clue that I have it, but just after getting my scans, I tried allopathy medicines but they gave me adverse effects, and I landed up being sick. I searched for Ayurvedic Doctor nearby and found Ayur Healthcare. I started my PCOS treatment with Dr. Anusha, in May 2022, and I am so happy that I met her at the right time in my life. I started my treatment by consuming Ayurvedic herbs and following the suggested pattern of diet by Dr. Anusha, I am glad to say that I have no signs of PCOS at all. If you are looking for overall wellbeing and address lifestyle related issues (Think digestive issues, back pain, neck pain, lowe back etc) this is the place! I have been a regular for a few years now. Mostly recently, I did a 5 day Panchakarma (detox/cleanse) and I can't reccomend it enough. My energy level, sleep and appetite are all reset and I feel lighter. Think of Panchakarma as a full body, physical, emotional and mental reset.

The staff and Drs are some of the finest, in terms of knowledge and care. They look after you so well that you will feel pampered.

Both me and my son are benefitted from the treatment recommended by Ms. Handa. I was diagnosed with acidity and reflux in my GERD. I took the treatment for just 1 month and started feeling a lot better. I was completed recovered within 4-5 months of treatment. My son also had frequent throat related infections, cold, cough however with ayurvedic treatments he has been much better just in the last 1 month. I would recommend ayurvedic treatment for anyone who believes in naturopathic treatments.
