I would love to thank Shay for her deeply invigorating & nourishing facial & body scrub & for holding such a calm & patient space.

I am feeling refreshed, nice, light & fluffy.

My treatment with Shay consisted of 3 hours of total bliss. I was deeply cocooned in a warm restful, safe & calm space. Shay’s magical potions made me float off into a heavenly healing space. Such a beautiful experience, such beautiful treatments from a very enlightened healer

I was interested in Ayurveda because of chronic physical problem. I was a little nervous because it was my first time having a treatment and even in a foreign country for me, but Shay was very welcoming. Her space was mystical (the flow of time was different from reality…)

Wow. Really not sure how to put this into words, or even how to come back down to earth after my time with Shay. I had the Head Neck Shoulders massage, and my only regret was hat I didn’t book the full body! Shay was incredibly knowledgeable and such a warm loving presence to be around.

The serene setting was out of this world, looking out onto rolling green hills, and beautiful birds chirping and the sun shining through just enough. The mix of the warm oil, combined with the perfect pressure, it was magical!

I had been experiencing a lingering headache for about a week before I went to see Shay, and the treatment helped so much to relieve the stress in my head and jaw. For the first time in a very long time I felt - calm, centered, and at peace. It was a very special session and I’m already ready to come back!

After years of being curious to explore the ancient realm of Ayurveda, a thirtieth birthday gift to myself in the form of a traditional massage treatment with the infinitely knowledgeable and gentle souled, Shay of Ayupotheca, was my chance to do so.
Not only was the tangible space an overdue treat to all of the senses, but the space that Shay held for me energetically and emotionally was exactly the nourishment and soft landing that I needed after recent times.
