If you want you're business/company to thrive then I suggest you find yourself any accounting firm that is NOT THIS ONE. They send bills without doing any form of work, they do not guide you or assist! They do nothing quarter after quarter but keep sending bills to be paid! They never return calls, have staff who are rude and disrespectful and even abusive towards their clients. If you want your business run into the ground then this is the place for you. They will not help the little guy. So if you are a small business or a family run company this place is not for you. You will never be a priority for then nor will you e successful because this place will run you into the ground they don't lodge your tax returns and you end up fined by the ATO. Owing massive arounds because you out your trust in these accounts who really shouldn't be in business!

Professional and most importantly I felt at ease at the initial contact and really happy having AXIS looking after my financial affairs!

Sorry to say this, you did accept a payment plan but charging $500 bucks upfront in this time is a stupid business model.trevortrepson@itp.com.au is awesome. At Glebe. He is the nicest and most honest man I have ever met, and an accountant!

After 5 years im walking away from AXIS, they have become unprofessional and cant meet deadlines. They also demand payment via direct method rather than taking it out your return. I would look elsewhere for your tax solution needs.

They’re a very forward thinking firm with the main focus on their wonderful clients.
Through the use of technology, they’re able to service their client’s needs efficiently and effectively.

Paul & Shane (lead accountants) are great at detail, timely, cost efficient and manage urgent deadlines better than bigger CBD firms.

Axis Strategy is great at big picture advice.

Not happy with their services. I would advise you to use another accountant. They are unprofessional and didnt give an accurate refund estimate (telling us we would get a certain refund, and after paying them their fees reducing this amount to half what they had originally told us).
