We have had a contract with you for the past 5 years and I have already paid all 60 monthly payments.
However, from the customer's point of view, I have been requesting a payment statement from you for several years, but you have not provided it to me until now and have not responded to any of my requested emails or questions.

I will go to return the copy machine on January 10th.
You are asking me to pay one more month, and I keep asking you to show me the basis for why I have to pay more, but you are giving me no answer.
The bank's direct debits have already been suspended, and my sister's Korean Magazine will publish an article about this situation in the newspaper next Thursday, and as I already told you, I will report it to Fair Trading next Monday.

What I ask for is fair and natural as a guest.
You are not doing these obvious things
I hope you know that this is a trustless company.
