AWX - Sydney

The AWX hired me for morning job and I went for first day and sudden on second day they asked me to come at night time so I was confused and ring AWX team members more than 15 times and also went to visit them but due to COVID-19 I was unable to meet them that's ok I understand that but I messaged them and also called so many times to get response but they never answered and luckily I got another number to call them the team members says they will forward my message and let some one to call me but it never happened.so Unprofessional i do have various message aswell as a proof.

Ive been with AWX for about 3 months, they helped me secure a casual (but regular 40 hr wk role) with a local civil works company. From the initial interview with Sam, they got me started the same week. Nothing but good things to say about AWX, great support, with direct numbers to staff, occasional check ins to see companies are adhering to WHS compliance, and making sure you like what your doing. Couldn't be happier.

Was unemployed, now employed in ongoing secure work, thankyou for your help from myself and my family.

They are friendly and professionals to deal to their employees and someone who are applying for a job. They want to help you to get a job as soon as they can.

Applied for a job, had the interview for the job, promised the job would start in a week, actually pimped me off to another job that was COMPLETELY different to what I applied for and probably wasn't qualified for. I can vouch for the pay system and somewhat friendly recruitment staff. Besides that, they sent me into the abyss of hell of a warehouse that I am still recovering from to this day. And yet as well to this day, I have heard SQUAT from the job I actually originally applied for and was suppose to start in a weeks time.it has been a year now. Actually I take that back, staff haven't call to engage me or update me at all.

If you want some casual work these guys aren't to bad at helping you find some thing.
This is a good stepping stone to get work experience for different employers in the construction industry (if you can get a white card for the construction industry, it will save you a lot of time as well) shows you are proactive and keen to work.
