Best Office Furniture in Australia. We had the team design our office and couldn't be happier with their level of service and the quality of the finished product. Highly recommend.

Wanted to upgrade our home office chair to something more comfortable. Today I visited the showroom with a baby as I’m on maternity leave. Maybe because I don’t look like a “designer”, the receptionist told me that they don’t deal with the “public”, only “designers” (with no smile on her face). I explained that I’m an architect, the receptionist said she had to call someone to ask whether they can sell “1 chair” to me. As nobody answered the phone, she asked me if I wanted to leave a message. Why should I be bothered?
We have dealt with many other business furniture suppliers, and this is the worst experience ever.
Maybe this business should consider to hire someone more polite as the receptionist.)

But here is my update based on the after sales service:
After trying to order some additional Monitor arms which they keep in stock, we were advised we'd have to pay a $100 'pickup fee'. That's for me to come and pick it up from their showroom or warehouse. I think that is the first time I have heard of that in my life.

It is even worse as we asked during the original purchase process whether we could purchase additional later (of which they said we could), and was not advised of this 'pickup fee'.

And as these are custom monitor arms we have no choice but to pay this. Really unhappy by this, and no longer recommend AWM.
