AVOCADO LOUNGE

Was trying to find some new cafes for brunch lately and explored Le Sands area. Found out Avocado has very good review and their food photo looks so elegant.

Environment 5/5
Is a small cafe with most of the seats placed outside. Good shade until noon, so if you don’t like to be under the sun, come early. And the flies are quite annoying, well that’s Aussie’s summer

Service 5/5
A bit busy when I was here, so the staff took a little bit longer to take order for us, but they are quite friendly and attentive. Came to ask how’s the food after the food is served for a while as well. Appreciate that.

Ice long black 5/5
Gave it a 5 because it is aromatic and taste is strong enough. I’m weird I know, but the glass is a little bit too big, din expect for such a large glass of ice long black

Orange juice 5/5
Like the punch, most importantly they go without sugar, so is pure orange juice. It still has the pulps. Love it.

Fish tacos 4/5
Like the crumbed fish, salsa and the greens are nice as well. The only thing I think can be added more is the corn because it gives extra sweetness and texture. We din even realise there’s corn until one of them fell out.

Hummus with meat 5/5
Love the hummus, well blended. Goes very well with the meat as well especially with little bit of the pine nuts that gives the extra texture and taste.

Absolutely! I think I found my new favourite weekend brunch cafe now! The coffee is so nice that I had a Cap took away after our meal. Will come back definitely to try other food on the menu.

This cafe is my happy place, and one of the best in the area. The food is delicious and always immaculately presented, and the staff are very friendly and efficient. Go early on a weekend to ensure you get a seat!

Ordered take away drinks, waited 25 mins, went in to ask about them, they said they are on the way, waited another 15 mins, go in & they’ve lost my order….

Then the girl on the front desk argues with me that they put it up & someone must have taken it… lies!

Customer service 0 stars… don’t argue with the customer when you’ve screwed up & wasted 45 mins of their time.:

Went to this place this morning, terrible brekkie I never had, sourdough dry and hard like a rock

Great little cozy place. However, after waiting for 15mins, only our coffee order was serviced. Our mango smoothies wasnt serviced until 40mins later. Apparently we needed to state that drinks to be served together. The staff was lacking respect and had attitude issues.

Great atmosphere, menu is delicious, the staff are so kind and go the extra mile for their customers!

Absolutely amazing food and service. Everything was delicious and very generous. The customer service was the best I’ve had. Emalie was fantastic. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Went for a light meal and shisha. The service was great, staff kept checking up on us and would stop for some banter, and the food came out relatively quick considering how busy they were. Shisha was very flavourful as well. After the great service we received we will definitely be back.

By far the best café/restaurant in Brighton Le sands. Staff are very nice and friendly. Definitely recommend for a great Mediterranean breakfast or lunch!

The staff were friendly and very accommodating especially towards my 2 year old daughter, they went above and beyond. Food as always is 10/10.

I am an açai bowl connoisseur, and that was the best açai bowl I’ve ever had. The Biscoff latte was also fabulous. 10/10 service and atmosphere. I’ll be back!

Been in twice for the Açai Protein shake - it's amazing! Lovely friendly staff too. Will be back in for breakfast soon as the food menu looks fantastic, and very healthy! Top place.
