3We did not get what we paid for. The employees were nice enough, but they did not do their jobs properly. Their one main job was checking wristbands for an event under 100 people. They had four staff. On many occasions, it was our team that pointed out punters to their team who were not wearing wristbands. They were given four locations to guard, but often we're bunched up, in the same space, looking at their phones. They showed absolutely no remorse for their poor efforts and would not offer one iota of a discount despite costing us hundreds of dollars. AVI stands for A Very Incompetent security company. An absolute waste of money, I have never made a purchase in my entire life that I have regretted more.

Excellent customer service skills, had AVI security help install security cameras at my home and he was so nice and willing to lend a hand! Would highly recommend AVI security for any of their range of services.
