Labels took 4 weeks to get to me. Raised query with Avery and Auspost after 3 weeks. Replacements were apparently sent at this time (on 13 December) but they have not arrived. Meanwhile, original order turned up. No word received on what ever happened to the replacements.
Sometimes parcels are lost or misplaced in transit through no fault of the business, but twice in a row isn’t acceptable, especially when it costs a small business their sales.

Excellent consistent quality products, we use Heavy Duty White Polyester Laser to label our Olive Oil bottles and Paper labels for shipping cartons. Order processing and delivery is always prompt. Highly recommended!

Excellent product does exactly what it says. I use it to label all my spray bottles I use in my cleaning business. Designed the label online at Avery and it was easy to use and print; Had to adjust the printing to line up with the labels on the sheet but that was easy.

Products arrived quickly to my regional business. The template design features online are very easy to use and the priinter adjustment feature mean the output is perfect for different printers.

Please be aware of that they do not accept returns for any kind of label bought on their website. Return and Refund Policy is non-existent on the website too. We bought blank labels and when we want to return it (unopened package) due to incorrect size for our products, the customer service representative said they are "custom labels" and do not accept returns. Basically, all labels including blank ones you buy from their website are custom labels. They do not offer returns or refund at all.

The variety of products is excellent. The service was prompt and the price is reasonable. The online templates were interesting and provided inspiration towards many uses. Well done.

I keep getting emails to comment but still haven't received the goods! Its been a month now.ongoing delays. Obviously automated to ask for a review.but should have checked to see if the order had arrived first.

Love buying Australian made for our own Australian small business. Buying direct is so much cheaper than buying through retail outlets and you can get just about any shape and size of label to suit.

I get the blank labels to print at home for my own business Pebbly Path, to use as ingredients and nutritional labels. I also get the round ones pre printed for other stuff and they look great! They’re nice and quick with turnaround times too.
