Avant-Garde Glass

We have made changes to our existing pool fence and needed extra spigots to match the ones we already had. Our builder and us searched high and low with no luck until I got in contact with Dhes at Avant-Garde. He went over and above to help me find the right size / shaped spigots and as it turned out he could not sell them to me, but he instructed me how to get a hold from the company that makes them, and they then in turn helped me source them. I must say that is is outstanding customer service when you go over and above to help a customer even tough it might not bring any $ to your business. In time we will change the other part of our pool fence and I know 100% who I will contact for the job!

We had a glass balustrade installed on our deck and the end result is just what we wanted. The installers arrived on time, were courteous, neat and tidy and issues were addressed promptly without fuss. We are happy to recommend Avant-Garde for any similar installation.

My experience with Avant-Garde Glass has been a very positive one, they were timely and polite, worked with me to achieve the desired outcome I was seeking and the finished job looks awesome. My only buyer beware comment would be for any customers to know exactly what you are getting, if that takes more time initially sobeit, the detail upfront gives the outcome in the end.

I ordered glass panels back in March they sent the wrong gate bracket
I ordered more panels to complete the job in July, after a week with no reply I followed them up. They finally orgainsed the quote and then sent me all of the incorrect spigots to hold the glass. They made me wait a week until the incorrect spigots returned to their warehouse before they sent out the correct spigots. I have no idea why this is my problem - the new, correct spigots should have been sent straight away, its not my issue that they sent the wrong ones. The completion of my job has now been held up for two weeks because of their incompetence

AvantGarde are amazing, the boys arrived & in one day complete the job. First class glass & I couldn't be happier would & will recommend them to all my friends

I heard about them through a friend who had purchased their DIY kit for a pool fence. I personally am not great with that sort of thing so I had them come in and install it for me.
The finish is really good and my back yard looks great!

I had a pretty difficult job that required installation on my retaining wall. After looking around at a few different places, I found Avant-Garde Glass and I am really happy I did. They made the whole process very easy and did it at a very reasonable price! Will be using them again when we do our bathroom renovations later this year.
