Sean is friendly, reliable, very experienced. Located cause of a water leak in our bathroom wall in about 5 minutes. Which he then fixed quickly. All up about $350. We'd been worried it was a pipe leaking into the tiled masonry wall (a bad scenario). Especially after I'd had someone else out who told me we first needed a $1,000 full leak detection test (that's the cost before fixing anything) - despite me asking "wouldn't it make sense to first check it's not the mixer tap? " (it was, which Sean confirmed). I've already had Avalon Plumbing back to do other work.
