I sent through a request for a quote but no one responded. I called, I sent multiple emails and I sent a message on Facebook. But no one responded to any of these. A business with poor customer support indicates a poorly run business.

Paul and his boys help make our event so special, we changed our mind and nothing was ever an issue. They worked within our requirements and went so far above and beyond to make our event so special

We used AVA Party Hire for our wedding. The prices were amazing. AVA was great at replying and adpating to our decor changes, they even built a new table in time for our wedding! The furniture arrived on time in good condition. The team that brought it were very efficient and nice. Would highly reccomend.

I'd like to recommend the team at AVA Party Hire to anyone who appreciates dealing with friendly people who take a real interest in whether your party is a success. Paul came to see us in the evening (at our convenience), and really took the time to understand our requirements (we'd never done anything like this before). One of his teams came round and setup a bespoke marquee arrangement in our back yard to provide cover for over 50 people, with chairs, tables, tablecloths, cutlery, glasses, the lot!

Their pricing was very reasonable, Paul was so helpful and his team were polite, punctual and very tidy.
