Excellent experience all round!
Very responsive on booking in a service time and with such a large workshop it was clear and with so many different type of cars it was clear they had the experience as mechanics.
Price was reasonable given pink slip, car wash and wipers were thrown in for free.
Greg was excellent and I will have no problem bringing my car back for a regular service. An amazing cafe nearby as well serving the best coffee and brekky roll - Brickworks cafe!

Greg was a life saver for me today. After realizing i had been accidentally driving an unregistered car for a few months, he was able to quickly book in my car for its blue slip safety check and have me back on the road the same day. All for an affordable price too.

Professional and polite staff and the workshop is kept in exceptional condition. Highly recommend for all service and inspection needs.

Couldn't be happier with the service from Greg and Autoplus. Called him on Easter Monday, he inspected the car by Tuesday lunchtime and was back on the road on Thursday after diagnosing an oil leak. Great experience made even better by his passion for the BMW brand!

My car's drive belt broke while I was driving through Sydney. I found out about after I had parked the car in a private carpark. I was on a rush to get the problem fixed as I live out of the city and had to get to work next day. I made about 15 phone calls to different mechanics but they were all too busy to help me. Finally when I called AutoPlus service, the owner just told me not to worry and that he will help me out. He sent a towing crew in 20 minutes to pick up my car. To add to the challenge, the carpark had a clearance of 1.8 m but the guys just used a smaller car to get my car out first. I got the car back the next day all fixed. I was pretty impressed how quick these guys got organised. After 2 hours of looking for anyone these guys got the job done in no time. Thanks AutoPlus! You saved my day!

The guys at Auto Plus were super helpful. Great service, really helped me out in a hard situation when my car broke down.

Driving out of a Shell servo on a Sunday afternoon, The high powered diesel pump and low volume in the tank, took out the fuel system, reducing the power, and triggering the ABS system. We sent a panicked communication on Sunday avro expecting a Monday morning reply, but the reply and peace of mind arrived within minutes.

These people are more like vehicle surgeons rather than simply car mechanics. There work place is as spotless as an operating room, and talk about fast and efficient service, it was friendly, no nonsense, and as honest as it comes.

They even like visitors, this place was easy to get too, and help with transport to train stations and bus stops. They so helped reduced the stress of this event, from serve panic, to a mild speedhump.

While this was my first time with them, it wont be my last, even cranky wife is happy with how things turned out. I can see why they get good reviews and retuning customers.

This is the end of my review, but it won't be the end of the story, next time it won't be starting out as a horror story, but i know there will be another happy ending.

Drop my car in for a pink slip, the fellas ended up finding some more issues and did a fantastic job keeping fixing the problems with my car and amazing customer service!

I recently had my lovely VW Tiguan serviced by Autoplus Artarmon vehicle service. Being a female i was quite hesitant about going to a new mechanic (i just moved to the area) and a friend recommended this business. I found the workshop to be clean, the repairs were carried out using genuine parts as i requested and the price was fair. Thanks

Brought my new EV to Greg and the team for it's first service. Was a little tricky to find a service centre for full electric vehicles but this was not a problem at all for Greg and his team.

Cheers to Greg and the crew at AutoPlus artarmon. Totally worth my time. I appreciate the time and effort to explain and communicate what needed fixing on my car which was brakes and a tune up. I definitely recommend them for service repairs and servicing.

Honestly, Greg's the best. I've seen him two years in a row now to have my car serviced. Thorough check, only replaces what is truly required, uses high quality parts, doesn't take advantage of people who do not know much about cars lol they also offer free carwash and free wiper replacement with the service. 100% would recommend:)
