Had a very satisfying experience with Phil from autobarn today. He spent the time to diagnose my car headlights issue and fixed it in no time. Saved me going to my mechanic. Highly recommend Phil.

Aiden the mechanic was such a blessing as he helped refill the coolant and oil in my mother's car. He even went as far as giving teaching points, advice and the all clear upon a quick go over that it was infact okay.

Essentially he told us the car was bullet proof, and we are thankful for his help and truly believe he deserves a raise.

Ask for Aiden he is the best!

Went to Autobarn 4/6/2023 and even though store says its open online, it was clearly closed. I understand this was a scheduled closure due to power line upgrades etc, but all the more reason to make sure your online presence is updated! It saves people a trip! Additionally, the sign you had up indicating it was closed was an A4 sign stuck up in the most obscure location. Make the sign larger and place out the front to make it as obvious as possible. Vehicles were attempting to drive into Autobarn which made for a traffic hazard!

Went to Autobarn to purchase a touch up paint stick, and was told they stopped making them years ago, then went to Supercheap Auto and purchased one.

I went there last Saturday the young man that served me was excellent but it didn't fix the problem went back today after looking at the fan he went straight to another area with the part connected it up all good thanks for the excellent service ian

I had a bad experience returning a battery that I purchased which was way smaller than I needed for my tractor. Upon returning the battery to get a refund the man behind accused me of using the battery which I clearly had not. The caps were still on the terminal. Tried to tell me that I had fit it into a battery box cause there were marks on the bottom of the battery that actually got there from sitting in the tray in my ute.
Then he tested the battery to tell me that it was low on volts (which means Autobarn had sold me a low volt battery!) They didn't really like that when I said it.
After going backwards and forwards for a while and standing my ground I was not going to be bullied and interrogated by some punk with dirty hair any more. We called a manager over he looked at the battery wiped off a few marks and finally got my money back.

The best autobarn i have been!
Its up stairs to stay out of the flood and one can park underneath the building as long as you are under 2.8 m high. They have a fantastic fitting service and if they dont have a part in stock its mostly there the next day.
A good place to shop for radio control cars too.

Yes is a great shop to do some spending i only went in for the grip stick and ended up buying 2 one for the ute and one for the caravan and ahandheld uhf for me to talk with the driver when hes reversing and checking lights etc plus we got a moisture detector thingy
