Good staff, great customer service.
Easy online shopping. Can accommodate getting items from other branches if they don't have the supplies. I called them and bought UHF radios. Items were ready for pick up in 2 days.

Busy location has plenty of stock and if not available will order anything you require that they don't normally stock. Very helpful staff

Would like to say shop around as I brought 5 litres of penrite oil for my truck there and was charged $75.95 today I went to Guildford spares and brought the exact same product for $50.00 price gouging much.

This autobarn always seems to have everything in stock over other auto stores eg super cheap and other autobarns.

Autobarn Fairfield was very helpful in terms of sourcing my air and oil filter and had the parts ordered in on the same day, I would like to mention Peter, one of the store representatives helping me source the right tool to open my oil filter and went through the trouble of trying all the different options and still refunded my tool that I couldn't use. They were great guys/girl that knew what they were doing and had a passion for cars.

It's a nice big store, we bought some oil staff was ready to help but we refused as the screen to help you pick out oils were already suffice.

I'd definitely come again.

I went in store today to purchase some wiper blades thinking I would take them home and install them myself.
I, instead received the best service I think ever in any auto store.
The guy that served me was amazing! (I wish I had gotten his name)
He greeted me as soon as I stepped inside, saw that I was looking for something, assisted me with my enquiry and then proceeded to not only help me, but take off and install the new blades for me without me asking for help.
He even reinstalled the wipers on the car for me once all done.
He was super helpful, good at what he was doing and friendly as well. Thank you.

I was served by a lovely Asian customer service representative he was outstanding with his service he even replaced the front wipers of my car.

They did not have the car ramp I was after in this store so I order ed it on line. Good service in store but not really at my level of expertise ok for the average shopper I suppose. Parts seem light on prob.have common ones like super cheap.
