Sunday 10/9. Myself and several others waiting outfront since 9am the opening time.waited until 9: 30am and noone showed up.

Very helpful and friendly staff especially Ralph who went beyond his call of duty to assist us with some hassles we had with a third party dash cam installer who did a midnight flick on us and left us in the lurch.

Such great staff will come over and help you with anything you need. I got some alpine type r speakers they only had one box in stock and they ordered me another set. Ordered on Saturday had a phone call by Monday afternoon saying it was in stock. Will definitely be going back there highly recommend

Great store & staff. Nice & easy to get a park right out the front. All the isles full of stock & the prices wernt to bad & they had the info I needed to fix my problem. I recon I'll be back.

Let me tell you about Fatima, the Audio Angel at Autobarn. It is such a relief to deal with someone that is both knowledgeable about the products and genuine about giving the best solution. Fatima & Jimmy both have these two traits in spades and provided such a seamless experience. I am so glad they had everything I needed and knew the full audio requirements in depth.
It is so great to see people that are passionate about automobiles, working with automotive products. I am so glad I went into Autobarn that day as it was not easy finding everything I needed in one place and to have the right person who knew the products exactly and fully was an absolute Godsend. Waited 30 minutes for someone to serve me for a spark plug. Had they been quicker, I would have had time to go elsewhere since they didn't have any.

Took some leave this arvo to go run some errands, including picking up a click and collect from Autobarn Bankstown.

Lo and behold, closed early for their stocktake. That's fine, except it wasn't communicated anywhere? Click and collect email this morning made no mention of it, nothing on their active Facebook page (even though they've posted info about specials and deals less than 24 hours ago).

Come on guys. I honestly get great service from here everytime I've swung by, but this is just a bit of a let down.

A very rare commodity these days and definitely deserves recognition. You will never know how appreciative I am.with such a huge trip, ahead of me.

Bought a new AV head unit from here. Great service and prices. Jimmy looked after us well and I'd come back here in future.

I have a Fiat 500 and its wipe strip needed to be changed. It’s not a commonly seen car so the small parts are a bit tricky to get. The staff there helped me with it and they were very nice and patient! Only cost me $25 to get it changed! ️

I had a dead battery, and Michael was very helpful in assisting me. He explained everything clearly, what my situation was and laid out all my options along with best recommendations. He was extremely helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend.

Be cautious with this store, there is a guy who said he is the store manager and last time i visited the store, he was making racist comment about the arab people linedup outside near the store, saying " they got their license from bankstown and drive like crazy and carry on with racial comment, "someone was having a problem with me in the store, accused me stalking them, i said better contact police, and that store manager jump in and told me to get out, parting from trying to selling me some air intake filters with oil must add to it, strange things, this is a black store, with bad attitudes and racism in the cloud, becareful if you just had a great day, they can turn your happy day upside down.
