Today visited the new store in Albion park and I have to say what a great selection of products. The staff were super helpful especially Aiden, he went above and beyond explaining certain products and how they work. His in depth knowledge helped me complete the task I needed to do and wouldnt have completed it without his help. Cheers Aiden much appreciated!

Amazing staff, they were so helpful. Thanks to Jason and Sharon. I overfilled my oil and couldn't move my car but they came out and helped. Absolute legends.

Thanks to Kate and the team on a install of Rhino roof racks and luggage box. The car was brand new, and not on the tech sheets yet, so Kate went out of her way to work everything out - even calling 5 places to locate some parts not in stock. The install was difficult, and the guys went above and beyond to find a solution for the fitting. Back from holidays with so much extra storage, and really happy.

Flat out lied to me. I told them I was in a hurry over the phone and I needed paint mixed, they said they would mix it and it would be ready. I even bought some Meguires Scratch X for full price even tho it is at repco on sale but I bought it as a gesture that I was appreciative that they could help me out because I had a couple of appointments I had to be at and was cutting it fine for time.
When I arrived they hadn’t mixed it because I didn’t pay! I wouldn’t have bought anything if I knew the paint wouldn’t be ready. I now will probably miss an appointment and am wasting money on items I could have bought elsewhere closer to home. Not a good experience, will be telling friends/family to avoid this place.

Wow the place was huge with everything you would ever need regarding auto accessories. Beats the competition. Well done Autobarn.

I phoned up and they put a product behind for me, unfortunately you needed a 2nd product as well to make it work. When I went back the second product was out of stock, so they dismantled the display for me. Saved my trip.
