We helped our son buy his first car from Top Trade. NOT HAPPY at all. It has been a complete money pit. When I contacted them with my feedback they said they wanted us to be happy and gave us a quote to fix the cracked head and do the timing belt. Their quote was more than our local mechanic. This was after we had replaced the wheel bearing and drive shaft also put in a new radiator. DON'T TRUST THEM EVER
I don't know of anyone else in this industry that would let you try before you buy
This company (Marty) committed to buy a car from me on eBay having won an auction, then contacted me soon afterwards accusing me of trying to somehow rig the auction so they had to pay more for my car! In the end I refused to trade with them and I suggest you do the same - AVOID!
