Went to see if they had a particular spray paint in stock. Though they didn't have it in stock (because it was discontinued) they were able to point me in the right direction of where to head next. Staff were informative, helpful and polite.

I go here because Craig is here. If you own an Auto business this is the guy you want, passionate about his job and goes the extra mile when needed. Half the other people in other parts shops just couldn't be bothered.

Slightly annoying when your in a hurry and they have a super long social chat with a customer that has already paid.

Similar story to the other clutch guy, rang and asked for a quote to machine a flywheel.

They won't do it. Won't quote it unless I buy the kit there no budging and no care.

I won't be changing my other purchases to this store. The experience was woeful.

Rudest person ive ever spoken to, called up to buy a clutch and get my flywheel machined, while he was "looking up" the clutch, he hung up on me. I called back and said the call must have dropped out only for him to say we wont be able to do it for a couple of days, i said thats fine im happy to wait, to which he replied "we just dont want to do it"

Well if they're driving is anything to go by with their customer service I imagine it's rude and terrible, one of your lovely ladies just went to cut me off in traffic and crash into me, when I stopped then passed her she stuck her finger up and yelled abuse, wonderful stuff guys absolutely terrible

Been a long time since Penrith closed, haven't used Auto One for a long time, lots of product, Staff were very helpful and polite, much better than Penrith ever was.

The Auto one team are great, we moved across to buying our trade supplies from another local trade supplier and the prices are considerably better and the service is in a league of its own compared to where we come from.

Highly recommended.

Tub liner and hardener in black, so easy to use, add the hardener to the tube, shake and spray on with your sound deadener gun and it drys fast and looks great

I baught some windscreen wipers and the staff were excellent in providing the right ones. They even fitted them for me at no cost. This was a great service for me as I didn't have to find someone to help me fit them.
This little extra goes a long way in customer service. Thank you.

I strongly believe in giving credit when credit is due so.
My daughter and I called in here on the weekend to pick up some oil and a filter and whilst there remembered also some wiper blades for her 1st car she has owned.well their help there was outstanding - second to none! The gentleman their serving (didn't get his name) was brilliant - went over and above to help my daughter purchase the best and most suited wiper blades, even to the point of venturing out into the rain to dismantle her wiper arms to get the right replacement. This is service. Sure we could've gone straight past this store to a supercheap to save $4 or $5 on the same items but when these guys offer this sort of service without charging extra like supercheap do, it makes you want to support the independents. Even for their extra charge, I don't believe supercheap would have been undertaken it with the same care, professionalism nor speed. So well done guys - this is what will set you apart from the rest. And yes people are still happy to pay a little extra for that kind of service. So don't change your ways. We'll be back for sure!

After driving around and having bad experience at supercheap auto being ignored rudely and turned away with no suggestions for my globe issue. I rang these guys who knew what they were talking about. They took the time to help me out with the globes. I was Treated with respect staff had an awesome can do attitude to check my car. I was able to get them to work in my car perfectly too thanks heaps.

I just got out of hospital, I ask if I buy the ramps would they put them in my car at the front door, he said yes, but after I got them, he gave me a story about him having a operation to on his guts also, and he didn't help me at all, so I busted my guts putting them in my self, and I'm still trying to heal from it today, thanks for nothing because now I can not use the ramps, looks like I'm going to go back in hospital, only if he could of helped me like he said, I'm disappointed

Good store and friendly staff. They did have what I wanted for my car but we're happy to point me to a different store that did have the product
