This guy is a total scam.he was so rude and tried to pick up and pocket $50 I had on the floor of my car while doing my radio.when I asked him where the $50 was he gave it to me and said ohh yeah I was going to give it to you.a theif and cannot be trusted

Juerg did an amazing job upgrading the head unit on my 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulietta. Tricky job as he needed to also connect a reverse camera, DAB aerial and Dash cam; as well as deal with a very fussy Alfa enthusiast (my husband)! Juerg's pricing was also very reasonable and less than what a Dealer had indicated.

Juerg is a great bloke. Fantastic work and great advice. He installed a new stereo for my R32 GTR and also fixed up my viper car alarm.
The car had lots of weird issues and he fixed the central locking, rewired the complete speaker wires, fixed the windows rollers and also installed a new window for me.

I have never seen so many glowing reviews, and until recently this might have been another one. Juerg has done work for me before, twice. The first time was an excellent result. The second, a disaster. 06 SAAB 9-5 for Alpine bluetooth head unit. Juerg was unable to make the steering wheel controls work, or connect the head unit to the accessories power. Several other radio functions, like apple airplay, would not work either. He spent a lot of time researching a solution and finally told me it was my car, that there was no wiring solution available for my model SAAB. I liked and trusted Juerg, so I took him as his word, and accepted the car back. I decided I could live without steering wheel controls or apple airplay. And it was all fine as long as I was using the car every day. Then during lockdown when the car was inactive for days at at a time the battery started running flat, even though it was nearly new. This got worse and worse and finally the battery would go flat overnight. I took the car to a SAAB specialist, who spent many hours chasing down possible problems, until he finally took the radio out and connected up a standard SAAB radio, and the current draw problem went away. The source of the problem was the Alpine head unit, or more correctly, the INCORRECT wiring harness Juerg had used. My mechanic was able to easily source the correct harness, (which had been available all along) and when he installed it, the problem was solved and the Alpine head unit had full functionality. The bill was high. I told Juerg about all this, and gave him the name of the supplier for future reference, and asked him to help pay for the bill, since the problem was caused by his error. Now he won’t return my calls, or answer my messages, and he also stonewalled Fair Trading when they tried to contact him. So my message here is, Juerg does great work, until there is a problem, and then caveat emptor. Very disappointing. Now it has to go tho the lawyers.

I couldn’t recommend Juerg highly enough. Installed a Alpine iLX-507A head unit, added two tweeters, replaced the front two speakers plus added soundproofing to the doors. The resulting sound quality improvement blew me away. Fantastic service, honest, quality products, high quality workmanship, and very knowledgeable. He walked me through all the options on site and guided me to what was best for my vehicle.

This guy is nothing short of a butcher. One of the worse installation ever. Refuses to give refund on items not used in the installation. Stay away.

Jerg replaced the utterly rubbish factory Starlink system in my Subaru with a working Alpine system.
Absolutely smooth. Everything was ready to be installed when I dropped the car off in the morning and by afternoon it was all done.
The DAB antenna and improved microphone installation were so cleanly done I didn't even notice them until days later.
The dash facia looks factory installed.

Seemed like a nice enough guy and the job was to fit a new head unit to my MX5 and intsall a smart top module. He Had a problem with the head unit. He blamed the unit but Kenwood blamed him. Anyway he ended up bending the terminals by forcing the connectors of the smart top unit which I had to fix. And charged me $790 to fit just the stereo. No discount and no apology for damaging the smart top. The place where I purchased the stereo from was $350 fitted. Just have to be careful.

I needed an upgrade of my 1997 Jaguar XJ8 (x308) door speakers and flaky radio unit. I knew from a few phone calls around to premium audio installers that it was not going to be easy or even doable. In the end I dropped in to see Juerg at Auto Acoustics and he was very friendly and helpful. We went through a few options and finally I chose an Alpine iLx702 head unit with Apple car play and Morel speakers. He promised me it could be done and left the car with him. When I came back I was really impressed by the quality of the install, it really looks like it came factory fitted with this model. Everything works perfectly, the sound quality is superb and he even fixed up some rattles I had in the doors and centre console. Jeurg is very professional and takes pride in doing a great looking install. I couldn't be happier with the work.

Great service, timely work, and a job well-done. I had a Subaru Forester with broken media components and burnt out speakers. Over the phone we were able to size up the issue, talk about options, and find something suitable that fit within the budget. The conversation was very down-to-earth; I wasn't dazzled with technical terms I didn't understand, and felt good about the decision we reached. As well, I had to drop off and pick up my car outside of business hours, which was no problem at all. One day after the initial call I drove away with a great sound system (and a clean car to boot). Would highly recommend!

Amazing customer service! Called in to get a new head unit for my 98 prado and I was directed to the best models and quoted at a good price. I'm glad I chose a pricier model as the sound quality is amazing. Service was quicker than expected and well done.

The best part about it was how friendly Juerg is! He directed me how to get there over the phone and was even waiting for me as I arrived. He took the time to run me through exactly how everything worked after installation and made sure I got the 3 year warranty. A seriously nice guy and it made my experience that much better. I wish him the best and will be back to install a reverse camera and possibly a subwoofer in the future.

The experience with Juerg at Auto Acoustics was hassle free. He gave me plenty of great advice and made selecting speakers and headset for my VE Ute a breeze. His workmanship is top notch, very neat and tidy and everything worked 100% first go. The install was an Alpine iLX-702D with a VE Fascia Kit and speakers. Soundproofing in the doors has made for a quieter ride and the whole set up fits the car perfectly.

Juerg did an awesome job installing a head unit, speakers and sub in my classic range rover, including a custom built timber enclosure for the sub.

He was helpful, knowledgeable, accomodating and innovative and the result is awesome.

All for a very reasonable price.

Juerg did a superb job with my Fiat 500. Attention to detail means you get a quality job. Loving my newly updated car, he’s taken my 2013 car up to the 2020s. I now have Apple CarPlay, DAB and all the bells and whistles. New reversing camera is great too. Super quick turnaround and so well done you’d think the car came with all this kit from the factory. Highly recommend.

I was recommended to Juerg in 2019 and approached him to design and install a high quality (audiophile focused) system in my HSV GTSR.

It was an easy process from start to finish-Juerg recommended a selection of high quality (Alpine and Morel) components for the system (speakers, amps, digital sound processer, as well as sound deadening material) and, after discussing it all, I agreed with his recommendation and accepted his quote.

Everything was professional installed a few days later. The quality of work was very impressive. One of the most impressive aspects of the work done was the custom amp/DSP enclosure, which was affixed to the *underside* of the boot/trunk compartment "ceiling", so that it did not take up any floor space-a brilliant innovation.

The very precise design of the custom sub enclosure was also impressive-it was trimmed in material that exactly matched the car's finish, and installed perfectly (with millimetre precision) into a back corner of the trunk.

As for the outcome, well, the sound quality is absolutely off the charts, I love it! The Alpine digital signal processor is accessible via Bluetooth and a phone app (or a laptop), and supports a number of presets depending on what sort of sound you want-things like distance, echo etc.can all be customised, as well as individual high- and low-pass points and equaliser settings for each of the 8 speakers.

A several months afterwards, I had a couple of after-sales issues (accidentally pulled out a cable when doing other work on the car, etc.) and Juerg came to my rescue twice for these and did not charge a cent extra-that fact alone says more about integrity and customer focus than any review can.

When you deal with Juerg, you're dealing with a professional who has been designing and installing car audio systems for years, in everything from day-to-day runabouts to Ferraris.

In my case, the system has just been brilliant, the quality of work was outstanding, Juerg was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish (and incredibly helpful when it came to teaching me how to adjust the settings, which turned out to be way easier than I'd apprehended), and the price was very reasonable.

Suffice to say, highly recommended.

Just had 2new rear speakers put in to replace the perished old ones. This guy knows his stuff and never made me feel like he was pushing a sale or ripping me off (unlike other places ive been). He let me choose what was right for me. I had so many questions and im terrible at deciding what I want but he was patient and answered all my questions consicely with honesty. His price was reasonable and I like to support local businesses. Im gonna be back for the front speakers soon and a head unit too! Im now driving the long way just to listen to my music for longer.
