I’m so grateful for the autism 360 they helped me to understand what causes my son’s behaviour and now I’ve learned each functions and learned great strategies to help myself and my son also other therapists. My son got better of sleeping now, no more shouting and I’ve learned to stay calmed when behaviours come and know instant strategies to take when they come … peace and grateful!

I recently subscribed to Autism360's 90-day program for my autistic child, expecting a comprehensive support system that included various sessions such as OT, speech, and parent training. However, my experience turned out to be deeply disappointing.

Despite the promises made during the subscription, I only received weekly OT sessions, falling far short of the advertised variety. What's more troubling is that, upon reviewing the invoice, I discovered false details and fabricated dates for sessions that never took place. It's disheartening to see an organization engage in such fraudulent practices, especially when dealing with vulnerable children and their families.

The invoice included charges for additional services like psychology and training, none of which were actually provided. This misuse of funds raises serious concerns about the organization's integrity and commitment to its stated mission of supporting autistic children. I emailed them asking for explanation and no body gave any further response to my queries.

Feeling deceived and concerned about the potential misallocation of funds, I promptly canceled the program. I feel compelled to warn other parents about this experience, urging caution when considering Autism360's services. The lack of transparency and apparent fraudulent activities are red flags that should not be overlooked by those seeking genuine support for their children.

Absolutely disgusted. Did nothing to help my child. The worker just demanded I answer calls at 3am and verbally abused me calling me an unfit mother when I didn't. She literally just sat there and bad mouthed her other clients. I'd like to be refunded for the 12 week course that I completed since it was all just a woman sitting and chatting doing nothing and getting paid for it. Not with my child's funding you won't. Have complained to NDIS. If they don't do anything, I legally will

Have been advised to flag Autism360 to ACCC and NDIS by my plan manager and their compliance team.

This program has been amazing. You get set up with a coach for your specific needs who helps you implement techniques at home that work for your family. We've had great success and completely smashed our goals with in the 12 weeks you get access to amazing webinars, resources, podcasts etc. They also have add on services that help with you as a carers mental health. It's the real deal.
Special thanks to our coach Dawn
If you are committed and consistent then this program is for you!

This is a great program for parents who want to be personally involved in their child's development rather than leaving everything for the therapists. A big shout-out to Ella, Stacey and Ozgul for their involvement, concern and guidance in helping us address a range of sensory and behavioral issues with our child along with the standard issues around communication and toileting. Would recommend to all parents to give this program a go and become an integral part of your child's developmental journey.

I cant say I had the same experience as the rest of the people since maybe I didn't see the online log in and didn't access the form till late into the course, so I didn't get the benefit of the resources. Once you finish though you no longer have access to the resources and pages so I couldn't go back to see anything I had missed. I was very busy with work and to be honest I wish I hadn't done it as the funding could have gone directly to something else he was directly benefiting from. Its great for a parent who has time to look into the different portal selections however if your a busy parent who is working and juggling other things, I wouldn't do it as it takes time to log in and navigate around. The support was nice but your allocated time slots and when you have a few things going on its hard to keep up. Also if you miss the call bad luck you get a certain amount and that's it.

Do not get therapy through this company. They charge unwarranted late fees as and are unable to be contacted when needed.

I have now completed the 3 month program and so glad I went ahead and did it, it’s been fantastic not only to help my son but to understand how he thinks, understand why he does the things he does as well as teach me ways to work with him.

All of the resources that have been shared, the access to the video library and parent forums are fantastic.

My trainer Kim has been fantastic in understanding my struggles, supporting and assisting with strategies to implement across home life and school life. These strategies have been specific to my sons needs and changed up when needed. Kim has been so fantastic at thinking on her feet, thinking outside the box to regain his interest to keep things as smooth and consistent as possible.

She has so much experience in the schooling sector and has helped me reach out and implement things at school to help my son and his teacher. I have had so many lightbulb moments and am now using what I have learnt to help my daughter who is now also going through the assessment process. I would have no hesitation in recommending and in fact already have to some school parents.

I finally feel like I have the tools, insight and knowledge to help my children in the present moment and will continue to do this program as I feel like there is still so much I need to learn throughout the different stages of childhood, teenage and adult years.

Thank you Kim and Autism 360.

So thankful for Autism360. I love that valuable tools and strategies are handed directly to me for implementation in daily life. I have already seen vast improvement in just a short time and others have commented on the improvements in my child's behavior. I love our coach and look forward to meetings!

Kim was a great coach and problem solver which I needed for a very tricky ASD/ADHD/PDA child. She kindly sent me tons of resources that I know I will use for years to come. I like the weekly accountability and encouragement. The group sessions were great and content is fantastic. My child is finally doing school work for me at home which in the beginning seemed absolutely impossible. She actually greets people now too! Thankyou Autism 360.

I work with children in home and at school and really see a benefit from using the resources provided through Autism 360. The items are so easy to use and affective. The combine the basics for communication and social skill that the kids we love lack.

They helped me how to manage the daily struggles I have with my kid. It's awesome to have these kind of support and they even offer free tips and ideas on how to teach communication and social skills which most kids with autism don't have.

Ash has provided great content to help both teachers and parents communicate more effectively with students with autism. I viewed a couple of his videos introducing the best ways to help understand nonverbal communication and ways to positively address the needs and desires of these children so all can benefit and grow. His program works closely with speech therapy to best utilize the tools for growth.

Ash delivers in a no jargon way so all using his videos comprehend his message. Offering the picture symbol program is also a plus.

I came across this when we were first starting our journey, when our son was diagnosed. It has been fantastic to have as an avenue to learn and more recently make contact with others who are on a journey similar to ours.
Thank you for great information and help.

Great program and system for families, and therapists of students with ASD. They are currently offering a course to help during this time of at-home learning for many students, which will be a great help for many of the families I serve as a speech-language pathologist!

I have been working with children with autism in my classrooms and I love the resources AutisMag has provided me with. I've been able to use the communication flashcards as part of my programming to help the kids build their confidence in communicating with myself and their classmates. They have been able to verbalize their thoughts and opinions much better.
