3Lydia is amazing, she’s incredibly skilled in her realm of work but also well versed at distilling and delivering that knowledge to other organisations. We look forward to collaborating further with Lydia in the future to develop our designs to support all aspects of diversity.
Over the last few years of attending this clinic, my experience has gotten increasingly worse. I have had appointments cancelled on the day at least 4 different times, and once I was even stood up for my appointment because no one contacted me to let me know that my psychologist was in fact no longer seeing clients.
My final experience was the most upsetting for the way I was treated and spoken to by the psychologist. I emailed the clinic to complain about my experience, and was ignored for over two weeks, even after requesting basic confirmation of my complaint being received.
I then asked them not to email me ever again and kept getting promotional emails even after unsubscribing.
In my opinion, the ongoing lack of duty of care is extremely unprofessional and disappointing, especially for an Autism clinic, and I could not in good conscience recommend this clinic to any of my fellow Autistics.
No idea why this company is calling me early in the morning, when I'm in Perth. Nuisance call.
