As a returned customer, this shop provided me with another excellent service and experience. Starting from booking an appointment, the admin team Luka and Pippin responded timely with all the details that I need. The studio was consistently clean and organised. It could be busy at certain times, but it is worth the wait. I observed that all the artist has their own style and expertise. My artist Milan was very approachable, professional and talented. I feel comfortable all throughout the process and I even fell asleep during the tattoo session. That’s how comfortable I am. As tattoo will leave a permanent mark on your body, I suggest to visit the Authentink studio for a free consultation. And shoutout to artist Bryan who did my niece line work, amazing artist.

The team at Authentink are absolutely fantastic, I just got a piece done by visiting artist Bryan. He was great to work with, meticulous and methodical, the work looks great. The support staff in the studio were on the ball helpful and very professional. I have been collecting art for about 35 years and really these guys set a very high standard on all fronts.

Just got back from authentink today and I can safely say I will be back in the near future, the customer service was great and the tattoo experience even better. Nothing but positives to say about the workshop and staff. From the layout of the studio and friendly and professional staff to the tattoo itself. Such a comfy atmosphere, everyone’s so friendly and love Jordan’s work, she’s so professional and nice! 10/10 will visit again!

The tattoo parlour is very clean and hygienic, and there’s many talented artists and great vibes and music. My tattoo artist was very friendly and accomodating and made sure I was happy with the design at all stages. I was not told this at the beginning but BE AWARE that they start charging from adjusting the design on iPad, printing the design to paper, then stencil paper, adjusting the stencil, all the way to cleaning up the tattoo and taking photos after, as part of the ‘tattoo process’. The ‘printing’ before my tattoo took quite some time, over 10 minutes at one point, and I was left wondering if there was a queue for the printer or something. For my tattoo, I paid around 2 hours ($400) across both sessions just for the printing and stencilling. I was also under quoted for the tattoo at the initial consultation - the artist didn’t even measure the area where the tattoo would be placed which I think could be an improvement point in the future. This was my first tattoo so I didn’t know anything and trusted the process and artists experience. After the first session, they said I will need another session which was fine - but I had to pay another 50% deposit ($600) which was still a lot of money upfront after just paying for the first full day session already. There are many other hygienic tattoo shops with talented artists who don’t need huge upfront deposits, actually have free wifi, don’t charge for the whole ‘tattoo process’ but only when they tattoo ink on your body, which is definitely more worthwhile and will save you a lot of money if that is a concern.

Overall, I was happy with my tattoo but there were things I wish I knew earlier. I would probably not visit here again just based on the cost factor.

I was lucky enough to be tattooed by Lily, her work is one of a kind and soo beautiful. It exceeded my expectations & was 10x better than anything I had seen or shown her. Wow. Best tattoo experience I've had so far. Neat place with kickass music and incredible artists. I was a walk-in, and Max consulted me as if I were booked in for months. Super easy to have my ideas come to life and was comfortable giving him artistic liberty to create a fantastic piece that I'll treasure. I highly recommend Max and this establishment in general. I'll be going back.

Then has no response at all. Looking for a Chinese ink tattoo desperately, unfortunately can’t get one in canberra. Maybe perfect art work but customer service definitely only 1 star.

Eddie did our tattoos as a walk in. Really great service from the shop and Eddie did a fantastic job. Best fine lines I’ve seen.

After I got extra charged they call me several times to make me try to delete my last review from this place, at the end they took 200 dollars for free, the tattoo artists when 3 times to the bathroom and took approximately 20 min each time, second thing they didn’t let me know how much was it per hours prior start the session, just in the middle of the session the tattoo artist let me know that the price we agreed can’t be done, third I took approximately 2 hours and 16 min getting the tattoo and they charge me for 3 hours

I had an amazinggg experience getting a Tattoo at Authentink! The front desk was able to help me with all my questions! I would highly recommend this studio for your next tattoo!

Deposit is disgustingly high in price. I paid $400 for a 3hr piece of work. And non refundable. The only tattoo shop I know that does this. Do not go here unless you’re willing to waste hundreds of dollars if you can’t make the appointment.

An excellent experience with a super friendly shop! Hime absolutely nailed the design and was so sweet and lovely during our session, I can’t wait to come back for my next piece?
