I have been a customer of Austrapest for over 20 years and have never had a problem with them. They are always courteous and friendly. I recommend Austrapest for any pest problems or for inspections.

They were early but thankfully my husband was home. We only spray outside and in the garage. Only a few days later, lots of dead cockroaches outside and the one I found inside was almost dead. No offensive smell in the garage.

We have now used Austrapest 2 years in a row. They are professional, friendly, and good value for money. They turn up when they say they will, they do a great job, and they provide valuable advice. I wouldn’t use anybody else

I’ve been a client of AustraPest since 2014, and during this time I have found the team to be exceptional in their customer service, knowledge and professionalism. They have dealt with my pest issues by listening to my needs, providing solutions that are appropriate for the situation and budget, and no question I have had hasn’t been too difficult for them to address. I highly recommend this organisation, particularly as they are a close knit team with very little to no staff turnover, so the relationship and knowledge continues from service to service, and they are an Australian owned and operated business.

I used Austrapest for a home pest inspection prior to purchase. I was impressed by their professionalism and prompt service.

We were referred to Austrapest and contacted them for an inspection. After some too-ing and fro-ing we eventually arranged for an inspection at an agreed time. The technician arrived late and advised us that he then had to drive to another appointment after completing our inspection. To cut to the chase, we had to engage another group as he missed a number of critically important identifiers that left us vulnerable. I won't comment on their service as i feel that there needs to be some attempt at customer relation building for service to be considered a factor.

These guys need to learn to value other people's lives on the road, especially when I have freakin kids in the car room. Far out.
