Australian Training Company reviews
5Completely incompetent I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. No proper communication from anyone in this place everything gets done behind the scenes and you get no communication about it until they feel necessary no matter how many times you try and get in contact. I was told by my trainer that I had finished my certificate 3 just for him to tell me 2 months later he "forgot" to send me my last unit. Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
Horrifically incompetent, breach of procedures, no minutes taken at meetings, no regular performance reviews, no support person offered before apprenticeship suspended the day before 2nd year came into effect. We will not stop until ATC is shut down and these young apprentices have protection from Government Grant seekers like Kerry Duck and ATC. Complete lack of respect for their young female inexperienced apprentice
Supported all my training needs. Undertook 2 traineeships with ATC and gained a Certificate III & IV Business Qualification within 2 years.
Martin is the best teacher I've ever had and i wouldn't have completed the course without this amazing man!
There was one "supervisor" I had that was a disgraceful person who had absolutely no idea about the area that I was training in.
She ran by a textbook and did not have any common sense or people skills at all.
They give you the absolute bare minimum with training, assistance and pay yet they expect 110% and beyond from you.
Long story short if you get a bad supervisor then you get treated like a ratty high school student. Not an adult.
A frustrating experience that I will not ever recommend to anyone.
