Very professional team and great service
Where do I begin. The website prides itself in a "Medical Team" of registered nurses. My consultation for coolscultping was conducted by a male technician who took 5 minutes to assess the number of treatments I would require. He did NOT answer any of my questions with regards to the treatment or sides effect of pain I may experience. Instead he handed my an iPad asking me to sign boxes and gave me a leaflet about the treatment. As a comparision I have done a consultation in North Sydney with the nurse and it took an hour. The session was very detailed, during which I was told I will be needing 2 sessions instead of 6 as advised by your technician. Mediocre service that does not deserve 1 star but below zero.
All the staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable as it was my first procedure. Abbey did a great job and couldn't have been nicer. I will definitely be back!
Great customer service but the result of my under arms removal was not impress at all. I bought a package of 10 times treatment and the staff said that would be permanent for 2 years but I still need to shape every week.
