I generally do not like real estate agents, David did not conduct himself or behave like a typical one and acted in nice personable human manner, the main things I needed from my agent was
Transperency, accessibility, honesty and understanding.

Upon finally making the decision to sell my house I contacted the team at Australian Real Estate. I spoke to David and within a very short space of time the property had been photographed and advertised. The first and only open house inspection took place on a Wednesday where numerous potential buyers came in and this resulted in a signed contract and deposit on the Friday.
