The only word I can think of is dishonest. Julie not only bungled things but sent an email out to us a week before our lease ended stating our move out date, advising we are up to date with rent. After the move out date, we left the property in a better off state than we originally moved in. Then a week later, she sends us an email stating that we owe 186.00 dollars of rent. We still didn’t have a meter read at this stage but Without notice she has immediately deducted the 186 dollars and an exuberant amount for water usage with no statement. To top this off, I reached out to the owner of the property and they knew nothing about the additional rent. Rubbish company and rubbish staff. If the owner of this organisation wants to reach out, to discuss, I will happy to take this post down but it’s fair for them to know what their staff are doing. Renters from 71 pagoda

Great Service. Australian Real Estate have been a great property manage while we have been tenants. They are always very polite and accommodating during inspections. If ever work needs to get done to the property they are very quick to organize work orders.

Stephen was very helpful in helping us to sell our family home. It was sold on the first open day. This has been a very long process to get to the sale part, but now we can relax before the end of year.

Prompt and Hassle free. Purchased the investment property from them and entrusted the job of managing the property also to them from the day one. Many tenants have come and gone without any trouble. They always consult with you before letting out to any new tenant after proper assessment of the prospective tenants. Payment of the rents to your bank are always on time by the team. Last couple of years or so, Sophie Longbottom and Julie (before Sophie) looks after my property and always update and communicate with me and return my call without fail in case I could not reach them. I'm delighted to have come across Sophie as the manager for my new property. She always appears to be fully committed during our discussions about managing the property, whether it's regarding finding new tenants or liaising with the council on my behalf. In short, she is the best agent I have ever worked with. Despite my new property having numerous issues, I was anticipating spending a considerable amount of time dealing with conflicts and follow-ups. However, Sophie was proactive in anticipating and managing all the issues herself. I was pleasantly surprised to find that within a week of my purchasing the property, she had already contacted the council, Sydney Water, and a plumber to address the issues and had shortlisted potential tenants. Sale of Our Mums Home, 11 Jill St.
Right from the initial phone call to Australian Real Estate there was an immediate response by Stephen to meet and discuss the sale of the home. The sale of the home as it stood was our desire. The home has it character leaving it open for various options for the prospective buyers to make their decision. We were advised of the professional team Stephen has available for advertising the sale. An immaculate sales promotion was created. Brilliant!
Stephen proposed a sale number with an upper and lower range to be agreed by us. A date was set to have the home ready for an open house. It was important and crucial for both parties to communicate and meet this date to keep the momentum moving forward.
The open house had prospective buyers who were categorised for the best buyer to focus with for the sale. This was all good until a number of ill-informed excuses by the buyer which left this person without the deposit however mum was the eventual winner. A subsequent open house day was held where another buyer was keen. This buyer had to arrange finance, and this is where Stephen advised us to keep the pressure on to meet the agreed progressive settlement dates. You have to find out how fair dinkum the buyers are. The house was sold with an early settlement date which was even better for our mum. With the closing of the sale, we were guided by Stephen’s team who made it worry free for us by stepping us through the document process and using computer functions and interaction where we could eliminate some 4-6 hours round trip for our travel requirements.
