Australian Payroll Association reviews
51Absolute value in the membership. Quick responses with any queries and very informative. Every person I have dealt with at APA has been very helpful & personable. A great decision to move to this service to support payroll. I have also done a couple of courses too which have been well set up & run.
Louise has highly valuable Payroll skills and exceptional legislation knowledge. A sensational speaker!
Purchasing an Australian Payroll Association Membership package is the best annual investment you will ever make! Tracy and her team provide an absolutely amazing service! 10 stars!
Great Service, always extremely helpful and professional.
Great support to a stand alone Payroll person
Could not be confident that we have everything payroll correct in my bookkeeping business without the support from Australian Payroll Association
I have required your assistance a number of times this last year and have asked some very 'curly' payroll questions. Your team have been able to answer the questions clearly, with confidence, and have been very prompt in their replies. Thank you.
Excellent Payroll Training solutions can be found at Australian Payroll Association, training is always relevant and personal. I would definitely recommend if are looking at doing any training.
Great customer service, they always answer your questions immediately and are very helpful. Their website provides a lot of information as well and I am always referring to it even after working in payroll for over 15 years. Highly recommend the membership for any business.
The best advice across Payroll in Australia.
Tracy's workshop on Payroll Technology is definitley something I would recommend, to both companies in the market for payroll software, as well as the vendors.
I have always received fantastic support from the APA when I needed it. As a student enrolled with them they were easy to study with and gain feedback from. As a Payroll Manager I relied on them for training in planning a major system overhaul. They were so helpful, even allowing me access to a recording of my training when I asked, free of charge, as I attended the origianl recorded session. So professional and always willing to help, I appreciate their services.
I would recommend the Payroll Essential course to anyone starting as a Payroll Officer. Barbara was very friendly and knowledgeable. The course was informative and practical at the same time!
Great training around methodology to procure payroll software, highly recommend tracy's process
Thanks Jasmine for a very thorough and informative EOY Payroll Session
Well done for speaking non-stop for 4 hours and keeping me engaged for the whole time.
Thoroughly enjoyed the virtual EOY Payroll Webinar, found out some new things that I've been able to share with my Payroll Team. I'll definitely look into becoming members and attending the new Payroll Leadership Academy)
EOFY Webinar - very useful, lots of information, great staff always available to explain things in simple terms.
APA membership is amazing. The team is very knowledgeable and always there when you need them. I have also done several training courses and they were excellent. I have grown so much as a Payroll Officer since becoming APA member.
I have been a member for a few years now. They are great source to have when I have any questions about payroll that might pop up with my clients.
First time attending APA end of year seminar and was super impressed with the knowledge and delivery of information by Jasmine. Thank you.
Great session - Jasmine really knows her subject - just was a little fast paced and hard to keep up if you were trying to follow the manual and take notes.
