Went in a month ago to anl and told by lady soil on back order. My name put on back order list with my contact details in front of me. Was told order in end of next week you'll hear from us. Received no ph call.
Week and half later rang back and spoke to man who said I can't find your contact information and said I'll write your number down. He said soil in by end of the week we will let you know. No call back!
Called back end of the week and spoke to lady again and explained everything that had happened. She said "oh your a priority and we'll have delivered to you tomorrow. "
That's now 4 days ago with no call back, nothing, zero, zilch.

Terrible communication on ANL's behalf. Absolutely shocking. Dreadful! Waiting for weeks and couldn't get job done whilst in holidays.

Deserve fair treatment

Pretty good store but often out of stock, it feels like head office doesn't support them properly with deliveries.

Dropped in this Sunday morning to pick up some gravel. Fast and efficient pick up. As soon as I arrived, Glenn asked what I was looking for and let me know what was in stock. Straight away he went and got the material, loaded the ute while I was paying for it, and off we went. Great experience. Thanks to Robyn at the front desk too!

I'm guessing most of the negative reviews here are from people expecting ANL to be a landscape consulting service. They are just salespeople, and are great at that. Do your research online before arriving so you know what your garden needs. Don't hassle them about the best mulch to use for an exotic shrubbery with an acidic soil.

Can completely understand why this is the lowest rated business in Orange.
Waited for like 20 mins to get served, staff clearly could not care less about being there or the customers. One lady stood around in the office, clearly avoiding me, with only one bag of soil to pay for. Paid and went to leave, and the lady who avoided me for 20 mins blocked me in with a dozer finally doing some work. Had to wait another 5 mins to drive out of that dump.
I don't intend to return and I don't ever see this place getting above a 2* rating.

Ordered some plants and soil on line 2 week ago. $497.00 worth. The Blayney depot is just 10 minutes from me! When I rang them for eta they said everything will come from Sydney which is 4 hrs away. Rang Sydney they said its 3 weeks to get my stuff. They will send it to Orange and then to me. Rang Orange depot and asked to cancel the order I will just go to Bunnings! Christine at the Orange depot promised to refund my $497,00 a week ago! Rang her 3 times she still has not done it! So no I DONT RECOMMEND THEM IT WILL BE A HASSLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY PRETTY QUICK AND DONT WANT TO GIVE IT BACK!

Good if they have the product there and you can pick it up but unreliable with re-stocking and delivery on ordered products

Over-promised and under-delivered. Nice people, but very poor communication and customer service, terrible follow through and an obviously inefficient system of managing orders- ours came weeks late, and with 1/3 of what was ordered without being informed. An overall disappointing experience- I switched to a local provider, 'Pigots Midwestern Sand and Soil' and they have been wonderful so far- I would highly recommend them over AGL.

Great experience with ANL! I thought the lady behind the counter was very helpful and friendly (although busy). I also really appreciated the cheap delivery fee — I had put off finishing a garden project because I didn’t have easy access to a trailer - so having it delivered for a very reasonable fee was great. Highly recommend ANL

Do NOT order via their website. Turns out that all orders go to head office to age until "the next business day", but you don't find this out until after you have paid your money.
So, placed order 3: 30pm on Friday thinking to do some gardening over the weekend. Called them on Saturday asking for help - apparently there is absolutely nothing they can do. Maybe they will call on Monday?

I understand that everyone has a bad day & it could’ve been just that, however every time I’ve been here the lady behind the window is just negative and disinterested. The products from Native Landscapes is always good though, that’s the only positive I can give.

ETA on delivery is about 12 months from this place, I’m not sure what’s worse ANL in Sydney or orange, their bloody hopeless

They are advertising for drivers I applied on line sent a resume via email nobody got back to me didn’t even get an interview so disappointed
