4Well, I ordered nitrogen soil for lawns at local ANL Branch last Monday and paid as contactless payment in person. I was advised on the payment it would be a week to wait for soil. One week later no soil? I called on Monday (today @4pm) to see what is happening? The person on the phone had no idea and said there was no stock and I had to wait again for another delivery?

They close at 2 pm I turn up 1: 45 pm on a Sunday and they have closed till and still in the shop yes I was near closing time but the lost one cubic metre of sale for the day because of staff closing the till early
